You will never meet customer service the way you do at this subway. I walked in and a man named Angel snapped right to my sandwich. He made it with speed and perfection. I appreciate that very much. You better believe I gave him a 15% tip, hell yeah. you know what they say, “whatever thou art be a good one.”

I really try to avoid leaving reviews like this but it was a truly awful experience.
First when I was waiting the older lady was degrading the other employee due to them running low on product. Then while taking my order had a disrespectful tone and told me to “speak up I can’t hear you” then while she was making my food I don’t know if she thought I was deaf or stupid but she then started whispering to the other employee that I need to speak up and hopefully I understand that they have ovens behind them and went on for 2 minutes about how I talk.
Then the gentleman who did my veggies put 5 olives on my sandwich I asked politely if I can get some more and his response was sorry I can’t due to shortage of produce. They had a full embryo of olives it was just a terrible experience will not be coming back

I was going to just talk to a manager but seeing the other negative reviews of her attitude towards customers on this issue I think it’s best I just give a negative review of prioritizing product for future shifts over sales.

My wife and I walked in 20 minutes til closing and were told there wasn’t enough product to do any sandwiches tonight.

When I was baffled about why they were telling us that when I could see bins mostly full of all the toppings the guy closing said, “But this is all product for ttomorrow” and refused to serve us with what they had on hand then.

Whoever is in charge of this short sighted business practice needs to learn the saying “A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush”

In other words you don’t refuse a sale today to have a potential sale with day old product the next day.

So with the pattern this location has of consistently running low on product (per the other negative reviews this month) and refusing sales to have more product for future sales, our business with this location is finished.

Hopefully corporate learns of this and brings in people who can be more customer focused. Or at the least realize they are in the business of “selling” what they have and not creating surplus for another day.

Terrible service tonight but I hope their true goal is not having to do some additional prep for the next shift was worth losing customers over.

Judging by all the negative reviews though I doubt they’ll learn their lesson in retail 101 anytime soon.

I seriously don’t understand how the older lady with short hair (manager?, she sure acts like it) still works at this location. She is maybe one of the rudest people I’ve met in the treasure valley. She certainly does not care about losing customers and is always running out of product without a care in the world. I’ll go the few blocks out of my way for better service.

This subway has the same sandwiches as all the others because that makes a successful chain of restaurants. Now the service is what is lacking at this store. Call in orders are not ready and the staff tend to not care at all. Guess this is how the young generation treat their customer.

I was disappointed with the service at this subway. I have been going as a regular customer at many subways in the Boise area. Also in California. I walked up to the young man who was working on some to go orders. I said, hi right away. He didn’t say anything to me. I happen to put my hand on the cover where is was working it was starting to close he seemed upset about it, gave me a look. I apologized a couple times. He kept working on the sandwiches. I was watching him he never told me he would be right with me. I kept waiting patiently for him. He didn’t come over to me at all to take my order. Then another customer came in. I decided to leave and another person came in. I looked back into store to see if he helped the other customer, he wasn’t any where near them. I left and I don’t usually write reviews like this, but customer service is important especially when you want to have repeat customers. I worked in the food industry for over 12 years so I do know how to treat people not just because of a job in the business, but to be a decent person, please be kind always.

I was just in there. And there was a guy named Angel i think and he was so nice and so funny. He had lots of sandwiches jokes and he even faked laughed at my jokes. I felt like my funny uncle was making me a sandwhich, he was a badass.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway. The young man who waited on us was mad at his co-worker who seemed to be on his break. He treated us like we were bothering him by being there. Barely spoke to us and was rude. I will never buy a sandwich from this location again.

Poor management came in to get a which on my lunch break and the kids got 15 online orders and 5 people in his lobby. There’s no way for him to keep up with the demand. Had to skip lunch and go back to work after wasting 30 minutes of my time standing in the store hoping another employee would show up to help with the volume of work!

Slow service; 2 employees….very slow in preparing orders. Out of olives; diet Pepsi out…toasted sandwich got cold while employees prepared other orders aftervmine. 20 minutes to get Luke warm sandwisch with our out all toppings or dite drink to go with deal of the day.
Staff needs training; owner needs to be around and actually work,

AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!
