I ordered chipotle wrap with sausage and NO sauce. I prefer it that way.
I’m diabetic and I needed food this morning. Now I’m WITHOUT food cause they made it wrong. Called multiple times to tell them. No answer. I’m VERY upset. I have no time to turn around and get it fixed. I work miles away from Brunswick. This isn’t fair. Make this right damnit. I left Dunkin’ Donuts for this reason and I started going back. Maybe I should rethinking my decision.
Called later that day, fixed my complaint. They remade it for me on the following Monday. Great management that fixed my issue. Thank you.

I come to this Dunkin occasionally there’s a very old lady working the window. I am always very nice to the workers because I have worked this exact job. she is the only one that is rude every single time. I’m not sure if management is just unaware of how rude she actually is to customers. Or if they just give her a free pass because she’s old. But I’ve never had a good interaction with her. I’ve even seen her go as far as yelling and mocking a DoorDasher who misunderstood her due to a language barrier.

Okay so- this Dunkin is by far the BEST Dunkin around! I have ordered Caramel Mocha iced coffees all the way from Waterville to Topsham and these people know how to make coffee!!! It’s always come out perfectly. Thank you for you kind service and wonderful goodies!

first of all this lady was totally rude and out of pocket. second of all after she was rude on the intercom I found like 1 long strand of hair and multiple little hairs in my wake up wrap. they literally looked like pubes… when I came back the same old lady continued to be rude and all I wanted was a replacement sandwich but they tried arguing with me which honestly makes me believe they did it on purpose. honestly disgusting.

Visited this store twice this week! Horrible service, horrible wait, and my two muffins dry!
Dry! dry! My 80 year old father cracked me up. he has his coffee 6 cream, 5 sugar medium, after taking a few sips I asked him how it was.. he replied, ” it’s 4 sugars away from being a real coffee,” so drive thru was slow . Earlier in the week, I asked what’s up and was told only staffed with 3ppl. I get it.. girl at counter on Saturday taking orders, no personality, no sense of urgency, long line, just stood there leaning on counter while others ran around getting orders, now she may be new, but still interact with ppl waiting. Help the guy who is having issues with his app and device, not just state “maybe refresh”… again, no sign of support or help from her..just a pulse taking orders. My observation from my viewpoint in line. So I won’t be returning, avoid this store.. I spent 16.00 dollars just on Saturday, I know I work hard for my money and want at least a smile, and thank you..

Ordered a regular coffee, plain stick, and sausage egg and cheese on a plain toasted bagel at 2:12. 5 visible employees were working, but mostly talking to each other and one employee was reading from a Dunkin Binder propped up on pick up counter. When, at 2:17, I had not received my sandwich, yet watched the employees talk to each other without reacting to the order, I went back to the counter and contacted the employee that rang up my purchase to get an ETA. She left the register and walked past the other 4 employees to the back room to make my sandwich, which I received at 2:22. So, it required 10 minutes and one follow up for the staff to complete this very simple order. It’s infuriating that this staff of five people does not feel it Necessary to coordinate their activities and responsibilities to fulfill customer orders quickly, And considers their personal conversations with one another a priority. It’s completely unacceptable. It’s one of the few occasions where I would say that the counter is actually overstaffed and that the additional man hours are distracting from customer service.

Not one to complain but never have I ever been told I could only get reg hot coffee or iced with my meal, nothing else! Refused to even add the drink of my choice to the order! And then they gave me someone else’s food which I have no time to correct. Just rude people here.
