The girl behind the counter told me the drink I order every weekend didn’t exist and was kind of rude. I spent almost 10 dollars on a latte and 2 donuts. And look at the drink there’s hardly anything in it. I know its almost closing time but have some pride in your job. The drink stops an inch from the top.

I’ve been to this location multiple times but last week was horrid. I went with my toddler after picking her up from school. We went inside and the young girl who helped us with super friendly. We sat inside and ate the donut, BIG MISTAKE. There was an older women working with 2 younger girls. She began swearing and yelling at them while we were in the lobby. Not caring who could hear how horrible and belittling she was speaking to these coworkers. My toddler requested to leave because “that lady is not a good friend, she’s mean.” My other experiences have been subpar. Slow service or my order is not correct. I feel like I’m an inconvenience when I go there.

Absolutely rude customer service! Wanted a jelly filled donut lady who took my order claimed she had some, i asked what flavor because you know jelly can come in many flavors and she stated rudely said “it’s just jelly flavor”…. so i spoke to the manager and asked her and she said it was apple raspberry flavor. Cool okay I’ll take one, the woman who was different then the one that took my order took my husband’s card and then aggressively handed the bag out the window and slammed it shut…. If you can’t give at least decent customer service then I’d suggest finding a different job smh.

Employees vape in the building while making food. Haven’t seen 1 person wash their hands after doing anything while sitting in the dining room for and hour and a half.

This is not my first visit to this location. They need more employees. It is SLOW every time I have been there. That is my only complaint, but it is a big one because we are talking about Dunkin’s here, they need to be fast. They also need to get rid of the no left turn when leaving. This adds to th he inconvenience. Sorry, was that a second complaint.

It’s dunkins you know what your getting it may not be perfect everytime. The coffee is not the greatest but it’s good enough and easily assessable… since they are at every other corner.

Ok so the am crew has their stuff together. My coffees are always right, the drive thru is decently quick enough and they’re friendly enough. But lately the night crew is killing me. If my one girl isn’t there my coffee is awful. I get a frozen wit caramel swirl. They’ve been either not putting cream in or using milk . Idk it’s dark and bitter and tastes like the sludge it looks. And has no liquid sugar in. They need to be retrained. When you spend 5$ a drink and give a tip every time, you expect it to always taste the same, or be edible, not be halfway to work, not have enough time to stop somewhere else to fix it, and than be exhausted all night at work and grumpy. It sucks, I work in a bar and love the oomph caffeine gives me to push through dinner and the majority of my shift and this is the only one by our house. We’ll keep coming but id appreciate you guys retraining new people. They have to know by looking at it that it’s wrong.
