We frequent this Dunkin’s and usually have absolutely no problems. Food is always great, service is always great. However this morning we are greeted at the speaker box with a female worker that was very blunt and not very friendly approaching with “what do you want” and then when it took us not even a minute to answer back she repeated herself even sharper. Then when we got to the window she just said our total and in a very non caring voice asked how our day is going but said nothing in return to our response but to go to the next window. There we basically get our sandwich thrown at us metaphorically speaking with barely any words. When ordering we asked for no whip on one of the drinks and she just snapped at us saying that it automatically comes with whip. My coffee tastes absolutely disgusting and nothing like what it usually tastes like and usually I have no problems. We waited on a donut at the second window for so long and no one came to ask what we were waiting for. Over all bad experience. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin’s.

This is by far one on the best Dunkin’s in NH. The staff is friendly fast and efficient. All things needed to make a welcoming atmosphere.

I’m not one who writes reviews but our experience we had this morning at about 5:20am was a little disturbing and unappetizing:
Me and my girlfriend have usually had very few issues with this specific location, but this one topped any “little” issue. We go almost every day spending a little over $100 per week for our work lunch breaks as it’s the only dunkin’s open that’s closest to our work. Upon ordering an iced coffee and a frozen drink (that was not made the way it should have been made – we didn’t make any deal about it and just took it). However, when my girlfriend stirred the sugar at the bottom of her iced coffee and took a sip through the straw, she noticed that it was not clumped sugar that entered her month, but instead 4 medium sized black ants. After noticing this, we did end up going back to inform them of what happened. Just a reminder of anyone going to this location around this day, there were ants in the sugar (7/13/24).

This is not my first visit to this location. They need more employees. It is SLOW every time I have been there. That is my only complaint, but it is a big one because we are talking about Dunkin’s here, they need to be fast. They also need to get rid of the no left turn when leaving. This adds to th he inconvenience. Sorry, was that a second complaint.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered two coffees, they handed us the coffees, which were clearly made wrong. We told them they didn’t look right and asked if cream was added. The girl scoffed and said “she can count” while rolling her eyes. Clearly not! I handed the coffees back and asked to be refunded and she refused. I asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t one working. She refused to give me her name and then shut the window on me. I tired to go to go to the front of the store and they locked it. I went down the street to get my coffee at the Dunkins in the gas station which was made perfectly. The manager said he receives complaints regularly from that location and I’m not surprised. Teenage girl with the attitude who refused to give name with curly frizzy hair and glasses should be fired! 2nd worker-Lois wasn’t terrible, but not great either.
Update** Two months later still have not received my refund. Stellar work.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. One of the staff members was unnecessarily rude, which made the visit uncomfortable. On top of that, the croissant I received was completely burnt—definitely not up to Dunkin’s usual standards. I usually enjoy coming here, but this visit left a bad impression. I hope management addresses both the service and food quality.

The girl behind the counter told me the drink I order every weekend didn’t exist and was kind of rude. I spent almost 10 dollars on a latte and 2 donuts. And look at the drink there’s hardly anything in it. I know its almost closing time but have some pride in your job. The drink stops an inch from the top.

This is an adequate location to get your Dunkin fix, which is correctly prepared most of the time. But if you plan to spend any time inside the location, prepare yourself. The staff is loud, crude and beyond unprofessional. If you like gossip, you may enjoy hearing about their nightly exploits. If you like occasional outbursts with profanity sprinkled in, this may be the place for you. If you want to hear the latest complaints about other customers, I would say you’ve found your spot.

However, if you want to grab a coffee, sit down and have a conversation, or do any school work, or take a work meeting, you’re better off staying in your car.

I would especially recommend not bringing your children into the store, unless you’d like to give them a teaching moment of how not to do customer service and how not to act in the workplace.

Unfortunately, since the arrival of a new girl with curly hair, my experience at this Dunkin’ has become very disappointing. Her attitude is rude and condescending — it often feels like she’s trying to belittle you on purpose. Ever since she started working here, I’ve been receiving incorrect orders, even when I clearly explain what I want. I won’t be coming back to this location as long as she’s there.

I went in today to exchange 3 pounds of coffee I had bought from the exact same location around the same time the previous morning. Unfortunately I had bought the wrong flavor.

To my surprise the women refused to let me exchange the brand new unopened bags for the correct flavor of the same price without a receipt. To this I told her I was in yesterday morning and the (friendly) woman working then would likely remember me.

She absolutely did not care and said in a very unfriendly and almost accusative manner you could have bought that anywhere and had ZERO sympathy for being stuck with 3 pounds of the wrong coffee!

In my life I have never experienced a retailer that would not give a customer the benefit of the doubt and exchange an unopened item in brand new condition without a receipt (and I previously worked in loss prevention).

How many people actually keep their dunkin coffee receipts???

A ridiculous policy and absolutely terrible unfriendly and uncaring service on this visit! 🙁
