I ordered online and got protein matcha, I walked to the store and they told me they were out of protein milk. I told them I already paid, and they said they cant do anything about it. They made no effort to compensate or even apologize. And I just ended up getting regular matcha. I agree with most of the reviews here, the staff is indeed rude.

This person at working at the store counter was very very rude to talk to me. I am surprised to see Dunkin hire such caliber staff. I have attached the receipt of the stores what i had purchased and shows date and time management should find out from the camera recording what had happened and take necessary action to save Dunkin s precious customers. There was only one person at up front so it might be easy for management to take action against you staff present at that very moment.

Waited 10 minutes to be served. Staff walks around does not acknowledge customers waiting because there is not enough workers. There is not enough staff here to take care of customers. The owner of this place needs to take accountability or corporate should be involved. Very shameful if he is trying to save money.

Not good. Except few staff most of them are rude and do mess up your orders. If you want to listen “Do you know what a latte is?”, when you ask them for replacement, you can always go. The Expresso machine doesn’t work in some cases.
