I came to this dunkins a few days ago and I was extremely dissatisfied. There were 2 women working one heavier set with red hair the other was a smaller woman with black hair and a tattoo on her neck. It was fairly busy when I came in the red haired woman was at the register taking orders and making coffee, while the other sat on her phone by the time I finally get to order, it took a while seeing as there was only one employee actually working I asked to order a $6 meal deal and get told I cannot because the oven were off, it was only 530pm. The woman at the register apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience and offered to turn them back on but when she turned for help from the other woman she walked over to the coffees made ONE then continued on her phone, so I told her it wasn’t an issue I also didnt want to hold up her line any longer She handled the whole situation very well if it were me I would have walked out. The woman at the register took care of everyone in line fairly quickly while the other employee sat on her phone and didn’t move a muscle to help its so disappointing someone can so blatantly ignore customers and her fellow employees and still have a job and I sincerely hope somethings done about her

Ordered a medium ice 2 Carmel, 3 cream and this is what I got a medium ice coffee with a sticker that said 1 sugar, 3 cream wait it gets better. Under that sticker was another sticker that read medium latte skim milk which was 2 orders before mine and it wasn’t made like any of the stickers who does that

Came in with a friend who has a deathly dairy allergy. Told them multiple times at the register she needed oat milk and no cross contamination. Right in front of us they made it with whole milk and tried to give it to her. She asked if it was oat milk, and was told that it wasn’t on a ticket. The man working said it “wasn’t a big deal” and wanted to argue that it was not their fault and his manager would be fine with it. Insane that they would be okay possibly killing someone because of their lack of attention and negligence.

Very loyal customer never had a problem, but tonight I had a problem with the girl named Amy. She was very ignorant, and all of them were laughing at her like she was funny when she dumped out my drink when I asked her to just pay two different payment methods. I would really like I email and a call back by the day manager thank you very much and if I don’t get one back, I will be calling corporate.

I come in just about every morning on my way to work just to get a plain bagel with cream cheese. I recently started doing mobile orders so I don’t have to wait as long. The app for the most part works great. Everyone on the team is always very nice and I never have an issue. It may seem small to some people but going to grab a bagel makes my day and I get points and rewards on the app. Shout out to Daija she rocks

I went into Dunkin’s asking for my drink to be made a specific way and they said they are not able to make it that way they could get in trouble. The manager came out and said the same thing I told him I’m the one paying for my drink to be make that way. I will never go there again.

Absolutely the worst service possible. I waited 14 minutes for one coffee. One employee instead of helping with the orders that were stacking up continued to take orders. I counted 8 coffees tagged but not being filled because ONE employee kept taking orders. After waiting for 13 minutes I finally said something,to which staff became pissy because someone DARED ask the to hurry after wait 13 minutes.
Service sucked the employee in charge had a very poor attitude.
