Long John Silver’s is consistent. It’s not my favorite fast food in the world because it is almost always greasy. The fish is usually flaky and mild. The batter is crisp and light, but it is best served fresh because if the batter absorbs any moisture, the fish becomes soggy.

If I could give a minus rating, this would get a -5. The food was nasty (what I did try) ,the floor was sticky, tables were dirty and the restrooms were locked. All of this for $34.07 for two.

This was the first time I had been back since them replacing my raw food in October. I have a big family, so I order alot when I come through. I ordered the 16 piece family meal half chicken, half fish. The girl at the window was very nice. I waited quite a while but wasn’t upset by it as I was not in a hurry anyways. She handed us everything and I went over to save a lot and opened it. My 19 yr old pregnant daughter opens the box and says mom this chicken is burnt. I hate having to go back through when something is wrong, makes me feel like a jerk. I understand stuff happens so I usually try to just tolerate whatever it is that went wrong. Well, I had an awful time trying to eat it. It wasn’t just the crust that was tough. The chicken was so hard and dry that I felt like an animal trying to rip it apart and honestly it hurt my teeth. I don’t have bad teeth so the fact that it hurt says alot. I opened the hush puppies for my 6 yr old and most of them looked pretty burnt too. He went ahead and chomped them down, didn’t care. My daughter tried to eat some of the chicken but she was pretty frustrated with it being so hard too so she finally gave up. I took it home and never said anything to the kids about it being burnt. They did eat it, and managed to not lose any teeth. But I can tell ya, I won’t be spending nearly $50 for burnt (or raw like the time before) chicken. I didn’t leave a review the first time because like I said, I understand stuff happens and they did make it right. But if it’s going to be an every time thing, I won’t waste my time and money here. It’s very frustrating.

The food and service at the front is great! No complaints. However there’s a man named Larry who I’ve heard continuously making homophobic comments every time he’s working. It would make the atmosphere a lot more inviting if that was dealt with.

We used to love this place but we went for lunch the other day and it was awful we tried the new Mac and cheese and cheese sticks and we also got the fish and chicken platter Mac and cheese and sticks were . The fish and chicken was soggy and soooo greasy the pic of the white cup is the Mac and cheese

The restaurant was literally empty and they served us quickly. However, the food was not very hot, so they served us food that had been sitting around for a while. The restaurant needs a renovation…it is looking old and worn. Finally, the prices were pretty high for fast food.

Long johns is always a throwback reminding me of going out to eat with Granny. While the service was fast and friendly, the food was too fast. Did not taste fresh, and the batter had many specs of burnt batter. The waffle fries were over cooked or dried out. Very disappointing for having for the first time in years.

Rocked up with my buddy. You don’t come to Long John Silvers for good food and a clean restaurant. You come for the hats and free tarter sauce. For real though, the ceiling is holding at least 30 gallons of grease. Have a wonderful day
