I go to this location almost every day and 98% of the time my iced coffee is exactly how I like it. If there’s a line, I’m not in it long. I do order on the mobile app ahead of time for pick up to make it easier. This location is 20 minutes out of my way and I pass the Dunkin’ Donuts on eddy rd to get to this one. I would much rather get a good iced coffee, and go the complete opposite direction. Versus wait in-line at eddy road dunks for the same time if not more, for a terrible coffee and terrible customer service

The bosses need to step their game up because my store managers would not let any of this fly.. No uniform on you get sent home..

Arrived at 530pm to get a sandwich and coffee. I asked the guy behind the counter how he was doing today and his answer was tired. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and he said he couldn’t do it because the ovens were off already and they take 2 hours to cool down. I go to Dunkin’ at least 5 times per week and have never not been offered the full menu. I worked in restaurants for over 25 years and know my pizza ovens could cool down in 30 minutes. In my mind this kid was just lazy. Please respond back to let me know if what was told to me was correct.
