The manager Amanda is great. She always greets her customers with a smile and a polite professional demeanor. She never fails to impress both everyday customers and even occasional repeat visitors like myself with her great rapport, magnificent memory, and expert knowledge on new and returning products. I always enjoy my afternoon visits to this location. MOST of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’ll never return to this location. I was trapped in the drive through line for over 45 minutes! I think they made my coffee as soon as I ordered it, but it took so long to get to the window my hot coffee was cold by the time I got it. I was almost late picking up my daughter since I was stuck here forever.

I do enjoy Dunkin and I do frequent different locations. This one has declined quite a bit over the past year. Most obvious of issue is that I order my drinks with “Less Ice” in the App and most of the time this is ignored. My most recent drink I ordered from them had “Less Ice” but I couldn’t even fit the straw in because of the excessive amount of ice and the cup was not even filled up (about 4/5ths). Other locations seem to understand the order, though I am unsure why this one has such a hard time reading instructions.

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side. When my daughter opened the bag, the bagel had cream cheese already on it and it was very sloppy!

Just awful. Aside from the 30 minute wait in the drive thru with people in cars screaming to hurry up. They seem to not understand the point of drive thru. I’ve worked for Dunkin many years ago and there’s no reason it should take that long. The coffee is 9/10 subpar. I don’t even bother with food because it’s always burnt and I don’t have another 10 minutes to wait. Seems like they are understaffed and that’s understandable but why is an associate cleaning and stocking when there is a huge line. Focus on your customer and keep it moving. No sense of urgency. I bet the drive thru times are always in the red. One time I decided to go in thinking it would be faster. Nobody was working the counter and multiple people cut in front of me to order at the pickup area. I get so fed up I ordered on the app and best coffees were the most absolute garbage I’ve ever had.

I understand being short staffed, mistakes are gonna happen. Not every single time. For the last 5 times, and the only times I’ve ever gone to this location. Hash browns, burnt. Bagel, burnt. Donuts, wrong kind. Bagel, next to no cream cheese. It doesn’t take much to make me happy. The fact that I’m even leaving a review is impressive, and the wrong sort or impressive. I usually just never leave alone and never go again. You don’t need perfection, but you do need some accuracy and consistency. Also, the workers may be saying the nice words to you, but their face just scream “I don’t want to be here” and I get you don’t, I wouldn’t want to be working there even with full staff, but don’t let your customers see or feel that.

They take your suggestion on how you want your coffee made but do not consider it. I wouldn’t consider it difficult or time consuming to open splenda packets but apparently it is for the employees here. I wouldn’t be writing this review if it didn’t happen EVERY SINGLE TIME

Food and coffee are usually pretty fresh. The staff frequently seem to be harried and this reflects in poor customer service (multiple instances of different staff members throwing bags of food on the counter instead of just handing it to you). I typically order on-the-go and I frequently have to ask for missing items (donuts and munchkins seem to be consistently missed on-the-go so I have to ask for them). Disappointing as I’ve gone to this location for a few years and just lately it seems to have regressed.
