I just popped in for an iced coffee and a muffin. The young man who waited on me was so attentive, polite, made my coffee correctly and was very ambitious with restocking behind the counter. Neat and organized. I hope y’all treat him well. The person working with him was very nice as well. Thanks so much for the extra effort. It really, really matters.

If you specifically ask for the flavor shot they will put the swirl in. Every single time without fail. Dairy is a pretty big allergen and clearly management hasn’t trained staff appropriately on why it’s important to read directions.

I ordered an order of Babel minis plain, it came very hot and tasted like burnt bread, horrible. Service was great, even being a bit understaffed they are always pleasant and orders are usually 100%. The drive thru is a bit sketchy coming out the side into traffic but that’s out of their control. Just go slowly.

They gave me this bagel through the drive thru. What is this?? For almost 4 dollars this isn’t worth it at all. Don’t even know if it’s cooked right. I go here when I have to and their eggs are always old as well.

This Dunkin has one of the best customer service I’ve seen. As busy as the ladies were, they still took their time to insure both my daughter’s food and drinks came out exactly how they requested. They even took their time to ask my girls if everything came out the way they wanted. My daughters said this was the best Dunkin they’ve been too.

This will be the third and final installment of poorly reviewing this place. The wait today was excruciating the cars behind me laying on the horns that’s how bad it was. I had words with the person at the register who was a cocky smug little jerk I told him I wasn’t coming back to this location and he informed me how happy he was. I took my money back left the stuff behind I’m never going back to this location and neither should you unless you have all day to burn! Again not just me – the cars behind laying on the horn that says it all. The owner is absentee he could care less.
Just giving an update on this review from about a year ago – situation has not improved it still takes forever inexcusably so. They cannot move the line at the drive up to save their souls. I recommend not tipping if this happens to you.
If you have all day to sit there and wait while employees dilly-dally this is your place. This is the slowest Dunkin in the free world. And they’re consistently slow. Worst employees, not rude but no interest in moving the line. Pathetic.
