I came in for breakfast before work I ordered two egg and cheese wake up wraps, hash browns, and a double espresso on ice. The two wake up wraps were both covered in burned black stuff from the grill I’m guessing. Tasted like eating coals so I took one bite and threw them both away. Also never even received the hash browns that I ordered and paid for. Coffee was fine but hard to mess up pouring espresso over ice. I spent almost ten dollars here and didn’t get half the food and the stuff I did get was so foul that I threw it away. Not only am I now hungry at work but I wasted ten dollars.

Great place. Fast and courteous service. The coffee tastes a lot better than what I get from the South. It appears that North East (specifically, Massachusetts) makes the best Dunking Donuts coffee!

This particular Dunkin is well designed and offers a lot of natural light. All the youngsters there are really friendly and happy. I see the owner there all the time with a big grin. It’s one of the happier Dunks.

This Dunkins is a 24 hour Dunkins, which means they should be serving food 24 hours. We stopped at 12:00 am because we ran out of time and missed dinner, so we stopped at dunkins because it was the only place open near us. When we asked if they still made food, the girl continued to say “no”, then “yes”, and then “no, sorry”…. and then continued with, “I’m sorry, yes”. So we started to order food, and another girl popped in the conversation on a different microphone and says, “I said yes because I didn’t think you guys were going to order this much food”.

Just went through drive through and was told to pull up to second window. Sat for 8 minutes before someone asked what order I was waiting for. Sat at the 2nd window for 8 more minutes and finally walked in.

The last 2 of 3 visits I went they got my order wrong and they weren’t even busy. The staff mumbles in the drive through and they all look miserable. Since there is a dunks every 3 miles or so in my area I’ll just go to a different one. You might want to also.

Worst Dunkin ever! Parking is awful, drive thru is a pain when they give you the wrong food like they did today. When I got my correct order the sausage and bagel were cold even though it was just made and tasted awful, I threw out most of it. Only redeeming quality was the friendly woman working drive thru. Edit: and my coffee was burnt!!!!!!!!!!!
