Ordered a jelly donut and asked for a large cup of ice which I do on a regular basis and sometimes I pay for the cup 50 cents or so. I was told no to the large cup of ice and that they can only do a small cup of ice. (I have a drink for health reasons I take on the road with me) so.. I said fine ill buy a large ice cofffee… leave the coffee out. Clearly they don’t want repeat busines…

Go out of my way on my work route to go to other Dunkin’s havnt been to this location in over a year so thought I would give it a try. Ordered my usual macchiato with oat milk and there was little to no milk in the cup. Asked for them to fix it and the espresso is still black. Safe to say Ill never go back to this location again.

I went here to order something. Before that, my mom said she needed the key for the bathroom but I was going to order first. Instead of listening, they told both of us to wait to the side and let a whole line go first. We go there before a line started. A little confused, we tried to explain I was trying to order something. The lady said she didn’t want to deal with us and got the manager. The manager said we had to wait for everyone first before ordering (even though we go their first). As we were leaving, she said there are a few words they would of said to us if we weren’t customers. So rude! I don’t understand why I would have to wait for everyone else to order. I got there and then the line formed. I didn’t cut a whole line. They just assumed that we weren’t ordering and kept ignoring our correction. So disrespectful. I don’t like to disrespect workers like this but they were just flat out rude. Don’t go here.

The customer service at this location is abysmal. I often order ahead to pick up a coffee and sandwich due to time constraints. On several occasions, my mobile order has been incorrect, but today I finally had some spare time to go and correct it. When I told the staff my order was incorrect, they became aggravated when I asked them to cross reference the contents of the bag with the slip attached to it to ensure accuracy. It took an additional 15 minutes to get the order made correctly, all while experiencing a bunch of arguments amongst the staff. The recent interior remodel does not represent the majority of the staff’s customer service. Save yourself the hassle – Skip this location and go to Starbucks in Easton or Honey Dew in Norton.

I have never had a problem going to this Dunkin. Customer service is always great and get my order quick. Great job to all employees busting their butts all the time and trying to give good friendly service even when I have even noticed some people being rude to them

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I stopped in with some friends for coffee & food but needed to use the restroom first. We asked an employee for the key and she rudely said “I have to take care of my customers first then I’ll give you the keys.” We said we were customers but figured she didn’t hear us so asked another employee who barely looked up at me and said ” I’m busy! She said she would help you!” Needless to say my group of 5 left and will NEVER return to this location. I will also be spreading the word about this Dunkin to all of my friends.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced at a DD. Stopped for a snack but needed to use the restroom first (didnt want to bring my food into the bathroom with me for obvious reasons). Bathroom was locked but in use. So i was waiting outside. An employee came up to me “bathrooms are for paying customers only” (mind you there are NO signs stating this). I say “i will be buying food, i just didnt want to bring it in the bathroom with me” employee states “well i dont have the key to let you in”. This makes no sense to me. Which is it? And if you cant let me in, why approach me? And the bathroom was in use. So was someone going to unlock it on another person? Im just amazed at the disfunction, lack of customer service and common sense. Needless to say i walked out with buying anything. Drive to the next dunks and you will be happier.

I have worked at several Dunkins in my life so I am usually in defense of customer service jobs but this Dunkin is the worst I have seen. The drive thru is extremely slow, like 15-20 minutes to move through 4 cars slow. The service is bad as they usually have no clue what my order is when I get to the window. And almost every time they get my order incorrect. Earlier this week I ordered a bagel and ended up with two coffee rolls. This morning ordered a muffin because I figured you can’t screw that up. I received a muffin with the inside of it completely under-baked. The inside was completely gooey and there is no way that the employee didn’t notice that when they picked it up. Bad service and food overall.
