LOVE this location! We get coffee here every single day (sometimes more than once) and they always make it correctly or fix it if there is an issue (rarely happens). Riley & the rest of the afternoon crew are all amazing!

We went through the drive-thru. They forgot an item on the order. Put both donut holes in with the doughnuts with donut tops on each other. When we got to the window noticed the sandwich (the first item ordered) was missing. Only to be told we had to go back around and get back in the long line. When went back into the store to get the sandwich was blown off with no apology or any compensation for any of their mistakes.

Thank you to the wonderful woman who remade my coffee today without hesitation when I came in discouraged from a location down the street that totally messed up my order. They usually get my mobile orders wrong and they don’t fill their coffee cups. It’s frustrating to get a coffee for someone and find out that it’s made wrong and not even a full cup of coffee… also way more cream than specified. So disappointed

I’ve been getting a mobile order every morning here for the past couple months, and every time I come here my beverage of choice has a different taste and usually hardly any syrup/flavor, going to try to order from drive through for now on but it’s very disappointing to be wasting almost 5 dollars a day for my coffee/iced tea to taste like water, picture below is a raspberry iced tea I ordered that literally has less than a pump of syrup in it

The staff was nice but the donut was stale (even though it was only 9:15 am) and the coffee tasted burnt. I also got the veggie bowel, which wasn’t too bad.

Do all Dunkin’s shut down the oven 1 hour and 10 minutes before close? At least their bathroom was open. My son left hungry but relieved. Girl behind the counter smiled.
