I was really looking forward to trying Dtown Dumplings for the first time today, but ended up disappointed. They had a more limited menu than what their website lists. I ordered Bang Bang Shrimp dumplings. What I received was a well garnished serving of 6 dumplings that weren’t throughly cooked. The dumpling wrapper was mushy (see photo) and the filling was watery. I am not the type to ask for food to be remade but I seriously considered it with these dumplings. They were $11.

Just had my first visit today. Very dissapointed to say the least. The stockton market usually has good vendors(although rotating), and i had someone reccomend a visit. First of all the dumplings are frozen, taken out of a bag, and then put on a flat top. I gladly took my pork dumpling order and left, awaiting dissapointment. Was not surprised. The casing wasnt fresh or doughy, it tasted like flour and noodle. The flour was still very apparent on the dupling itself. The inside was mushy and kind of flavorless. The dupling sauce was a saving grace of the dumpling itself, but wasnt very good(tasted like kikkomon store bought). Overall would not reccomend or revisit. Just my opinion.

Excellent Asian style dumplings and European style pierogis, inside the Stockton Farmers Market. We bought them frozen and cooked them at home. Flavorful, perfectly made, and filling. Would definitely recommend!

Wow! I got the cheeseburger pierogi and they were absolutely delicious!! So much flavor and cooked to perfection. My husband and I were impressed and can’t wait to come back!

Love the dumplings and the Soba noodles! I order weekly and just found out they deliver. Julius (as in Ceasar) puts a talented ‘spin’ on traditional dumplings and perogies!

Amazing we got the shrimp gyoza and beef gyoza they where both fantastic! I definitely recommend if looking for some good dumplings and a fast lunch it took under 10 minutes to get are food
