Saturday about 2:30 packing up ready to close for the day. Asked for toasted bagel got mushy with cream cheese looked like butter. Very sloppy. I went back got another sloppy for exchange. Employees shouldn’t say WHAT to customers very rude! This area went down hill and I did like employees there but not anymore. If they don’t understand they need to learn the word excuse me not WHAT! If the manager is young girl with glasses she needs to go!

Food was ok as it’s standardized. The staff were busy throughout. There were no sugar packets or stirrers that were kept outside for customer access, which made the whole situation a little difficult.

First of all terrible service, friend of mine ordered his food,paid just under $9 for a sandwich that they never made, my sandwich took 10 min. to make. Also notice that there was 3 people at the drive thru and one of them was leaning on the window sil not doing anything and she was getting paid for that? What a joke, people like them wants to get paid around $15/hr. They couldn’t even get some of the drive thru orders correct, cause some of the customers were coming in to get their order fixed cause they were wrong! If you all want to get paid more money, well do your job at a 100% with no mistakes! Cause you all don’t deserve the money you get paid after this kind of experience.

Terrible service. They messed up my mobile order entirely, forgot a sandwich and munchkins and replaced my wake up wraps with pancakes because they were out of wraps. There is a dairy allergy and we couldn’t have pancakes. I went in and they gave me the munchkins and sandwich they missed but told me i couldn’t get a refund on the wraps because there was manager on duty. The teenage boy with dark hair rolled his eyes and was slamming things around, SO rude. Another young boy with longer hair who was doing the drive through also said there was no manager but he was at least helpful and nice. Then a sweet young girl came over and asked if she wanted me to get someone to help and I said yes, and a minute later the manager came that “wasn’t on duty”. I never write reviews but this was so bad I had to. Thank you to the sweet girl, the dark haired boy needs to go. (Also when we got home the one sandwich that I thought was ok was made with the wrong meat.) Terrible customer service and terrible experience. I used to go here every day and this is why I no longer do.

I work at this Dunkin and we have an amazing manager , Tayler Skinner , and a wonderful staff , we try our very hardest to make every customer happy and to give them best experience possible. We are an extremely high volume store but we try our very best to make everybody happy and I know I certainly do , I am there at 3:45 in the morning 4 days a week including weekends ! I love my Dunkin ! XOXO
