I would like to give a huge shout out to the whole Taco Bell team at this Carpentersville location and their Manger Ryan. I have seen this location to do a 360 in a very short period of time I used to have issues with my food being made incorrectly and longer than usual waiting times but I’ve been going give them another chance, and for the past two months they have really made the quality of the food, there speed of service , and all around kind customer service so much better in a short period of time that I had to make this review to give props. I hope someone sees this and can give some raises because from what I am seeing it is truly deserving. It really does show that the people you hire matter.

Kelly was beyond helpful!! She deserves to be recognized by her Exceptional customer Service!! Wish i could say the same for the guy in the speaker he could barely hear me & couldnt find my order, i repeated numbers 3 times, kelly assisted and found it on the first time she looked my order up! Other lady on heavier side told me to come in quickly, but because kelly helped she made it possible for our family to enjoy our dinner, fast and ready!

The drive thru is taking 20+ minutes at 3 am, it seems like no worker cares about us in the drive thru, other cars were also fussing. Management please speak to the associates on the night shift during 3:00 am 3/8/26

I ordered online and had it delivered through DoorDash. Well my food never showed up almost an hour later, dasher never answered me. I went up to the local restaurant and they didn’t have to remake the food for me, but the manager who just took over this location decided to do it for me. Appreciate you!

Missing food, incorrect orders (added ingredients to an item on their own) i work in a restaurant and make my orders as simple as possible. No reason for constant mistakes at this location. I only go here because its closest to my home within 10 miles but absolutely horrible service. Since when did a Mexican pizza start having sour cream on it????? Disgusting by the way

I want to file a complaint because while I was receiving my order, the guy who seemed to be in charge started arguing with an employee who was leaving at his scheduled time. This happened with the doors open, right in front of my customers. It’s a shame that he doesn’t know how to handle the situation. This happened on Saturday, November 1st, at around 1:15 AM

Had such a bad experience with this location tonight. We kindly asked the employee in the window if he could give us sauce and he gave us just 3 packets and once we asked for more he proceeded to roll his eyes and just give us about 3 more and it’s not like we had a small order.. then we get home and our items are literally trash. I was able to capture a picture of some of the items to show how bad they were made. Almost all of our items had about 3 pieces of meat and just when I thought I had atleast 2 good items it looked like employees decided to add EXTRA sour cream and cheese etc.. to make it seem like it was very full .. literally no meat !!!!! And For our quesadilla they barely even tried to cut it ( like other Taco Bell’s usually do ) and also barely anything inside … these items were proof that employees just did not care .. so sad that Taco Bell isn’t so much on the cheap side $$ and they are providing this kind of service and food. It’s like they are literally running out of meat .. if that is the case why not JUST CLOSE DOWN !! So upsetting .…. The burrito in the picture is literally a JOKE .. I could not believe that someone really looked at that and said “ YES PERFECT this is good enough “ that goes to show how much the employees “ care about the customers “ .

I walked out of this place when I seen the most disgusted thing ever in food service by the manager with the pink hair . He had an employee in there working you could tell this young lady was sick and coughing and sneezing all over the food line . She was in tears and if I can tell she was sick I’m sure he could too . He ignored her and made her work it was wen she stepped outside he went out to yell at her and tell her not to come back at all . All because she was sick .I work on food service as a manager myself per cdc guidelines and our policies any employees that are visibly sick with flu like symptoms should not be working . This is DISGUSTING and I hope she files a complaint against him
