Only two people working early this morning. I totally understand being short staffed, I do. But, after waiting almost 20 minutes for my on the go order, I at least expected the iced turtle latte to be made right. I was now running late for work, driving a school van, so I couldn’t wait around to ask for a new one. Especially with the place being filled with people. I did try it and I couldn’t believe how bad it tasted. It was like milk and coffee grounds. After my route was done I went back. I still had the drink with me. The ladies at the counter saw the drink and couldn’t believe it. They knew who had made it without me even finishing my story lol! They made a replacement and were extremely nice and apologized for the mistake, which is usually uncommon for a mistake like this to be made here. Thank you so very much! The re-make was delicious 5 stars for the taste and service to the replacement ladies! Sorry but, 1 ⭐ for taste this morning. I understand it was busy and only two people, but it shouldn’t effect taste.

Awesome service, fast and efficient! The coffee and donuts were as fresh and tasty as I remembered! The staff was friendly and all worked together as a team, and even smiled! Best part, the other customers in the store were super friendly too. There was a line when I walked in, but it went really fast.

Online orders take over 40 mins to completes, Saturdays and Sundays are an absolute do not go here. This place during the week is pretty spot on but the weekend service is absolutely awful. The woman making food has no idea how to prioritize orders and doesn’t ever get them out on time, in order or quick at all. There is no one handling pick up orders so people come and grab anything and everything. The staff doing coffee and donuts are pretty good, one worker saw friends and decided to prioritize them of their food and coffee tho. Probably going to avoid this from now on. This place sucks.
