This Dunkin is a scam. They have this huge billboard right by the cashier. I ordered the special (medium coffee and croissant sandwich) and when I was ready to pay the price didn’t add up. I pointed to the special and they said oh I think it’s only for the morning. I said it doesn’t say a time. Then she said oh it’s only for cold coffee. I pointed to the picture of hot coffee on the billboard and that it says coffee, not cold coffee. Basically they were not willing to honor the giant advertisement they had. Why have a giant ad by the checkout if you’re not honoring it?!

When I walked inside there was one person in front of me that had already ordered & he was just waiting for his order to be completed. I believe there were 2 people working that morning so I was a little annoyed that it actually took 5 minutes ( I actually timed it) for someone to acknowledge me & take my order! He seemed nice, but you could tell he really wanted to be somewhere else! It also seemed as though the other person he was working with just kind of vanished on him & fed him to the wolves. I almost felt bad for him, but that’s when we need to learn how to speak up for ourselves & not let people take advantage of us. it It’s hard to screw up coffee but occasionally it does happen. I got a medium cold brew cold foam coffee which was pretty good & made the way I asked for it. I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins & that’s usually a once in a great while forbidden treat I will get for myself. When I get this treat for myself I really look forward to them! The munchkins were kind of hard, so I knew right away they were not fresh & they actually had a funny aftertaste. I can’t explain what the aftertaste actually tasted like, but it wasn’t a pleasant taste. Years ago I worked at Dunks from 3:30am-12:00pm seven days a week & I can actually say that it was hard work! It was also one of my funnest jobs! This review was tough because I never want to say anything bad about the service. I know their job is tough & the public can be awful. We all have choices though! Make the best of your job & your day or move on & find something you enjoy doing!

Didn’t have a good experience at this location. They kept missing food that I ordered and then questions me if I ordered it. I had to keep showing my receipt so they can see that I already paid. I asked the lady, for a little cream and she ended up putting in extra extra cream. They forgot to add cream and sugar to my husband’s coffee.

I suspect donuts because of Dunkin’ donuts are the primary industry in Massachusetts these places are everywhere and they are homogeneous anywhere I go I can expect a Dunkin’ donuts to be just kind of there and able to give you donuts and coffee they’re coffee that is something to really talk up Dunkin’ donuts coffee is arguably the best drip coffee I’ve ever had it is better than Starbucks it is better than McDonald’s and those two are not the high bar on drip coffee you know You can go and you can get the expensive stuff and to tell you the truth Dunkin’ donuts coffee is not the cheapest coffee but if you want something that is in utility everything coffee should be plus it has a very nice taste and a low level of acid then Dunkin’ donuts coffee it’s really awesome as a matter of fact I’m going to pop up that food score one point No I just said it’s the best I’ve ever had I would argue that point if somebody were to get into a stupid coffee argument with me if it’s the best then it gets a five

I go to this dunkins because it’s close to my job the iced coffees are always good and they’re always friendly but the donuts are ALWAYS STALE! like every single time I go the donuts are never fresh. I wish they would get that under control.

I ordered 2 dozen donuts for my brother birthday to be delivered by door dash. they never arrived. I called and called but nobody answered. I disputed the claim on my card and it for some reason got over ruled. Never again. buyer beware. go somewhere else.

I just ordered through grub hub, they prepare their food well, but apparently can’t read and follow instructions asked for a sandwich ON AN ENGLISH MUFFIN instead got a crossaint. I ABSOLUTELY HATE CROSSAINTS…… ♀️ how can you mess up an order that you actually have written down and can read!!!!! Laziness and rushing… get it together dunks.
