This location is far better than any other dunks in Salem but it depends heavily on when you go. The weekday morning team is super nice, fast, makes fantastic drinks. But if you go in the afternoon or weekends they have the B team on who are slow and don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

I got a frozen coffee that tasted delicious and was expertly made, and I had a nice conversation with the staff making my coffee and when the coffee was done they offered that if I didn’t like it I could choose something else on the list for free as replacement for the coffee but that wasn’t necessary for me because I loved the coffee so in shot the staff are really nice and considerate to costumers
