I do not recommend going to this Dunkin donuts, the bathroom is filthy the food and drinks are never made right here. The food doesn’t taste as good as most other dunks and they have the most staff of dunks in the area. you go to this one there’s 10 employees in there eight of them just standing around doing nothing and you go to the other dunks down the road at 15 Lafayette road there’s two people working and the drive thru is packed and so is the inside and there are people waiting forever but at least they make the food right there mostly.

Rude and unprofessional staff especially the older lady at the intercom . They told me to park in the front ( which I did ) and the lady who came out said she didn’t see me so she went back inside . I had to go in just to grab my food and they all gave me dirty looks . No apology, no courtesy — just bad attitude all around . Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Dunkin. I wont be coming back!!!!!!

The man who is working the drive thru window right now on Thanksgiving. I don’t think I will ever get better service from a drive thru again. I didn’t even think Drive thrus came with service like that. Thank you!

Greenboro, N.C. so excited to get my 1st coffee from Dunkin since I arrived. So disappointed, Servers acted like they didn’t want to wait on you. Large cappuccino, cup was only 1/2 full (what is that), and absolutely no sweetener. TERRIBLE all around. So,so disappointed.

This is my favorite location. Never have a bad coffee, drive thru crew is usually upbeat and friendly. I had put a wrong order and their team was really helpful in getting it corrected.
