This review is for travelers more than it is about Dunkin itself. While we did get food and service was good, food took a little long to get it. This specific Dunkin is posted on the highway as a food/bathroom stop. It’s a smaller Dunken than others and they have a single womans and a single mens restroom. There was a mother and her 2 toddlers, an elder woman and her family, an elder man, a family of 7 and a couple all in line to use these two bathrooms. Needless to say if you’re a large family or group, I suggest a different stop.

After driving for 5 hours straight, I was starting to feel light-headed and wanted to buy a donut and a coffee. This Dunkin was the closest, so I pulled off the highway and got here at 6:50 PM. There was a woman inside mopping and she signalled to me to go away when I tried to open the door.

DD coffee has gone down hill over the years…it used to be consistently good, but, now it seems like they’re using cheaper coffee sources or they all stopped cleaning the coffee pots

Never had a worse DD experience. Trudged through snow after a storm for some coffee and a sandwich; everybody there agreed that the cashier was “on something.” They messed up our order FOUR times. First, they gave us a single bag with our order and that of three other, SEPARATE, parties. Then, they ignored ingredient/allergen instructions completely. When I asked them to correct it, they made the wrong order AGAIN. By the fourth time, they’d gotten it right (albeit forgetting an item).

Terrible customer service! I was shocked by the extremely rude treatment by a woman sever at the register. After, getting my coffee that needed adjusting (I was not rude, just wanted my coffee the way I like it) I went back to counter to just ask a question. The woman at the counter had her back to me and did not respond. i thought she had head phones and tried to get her attention a few times. Finally someone else answered my simple question. I could not believe that she just completely ignored me. There were no other customers. I haven’t been in this shop in a long time because I moved to another part of town but I would never go back.
