I came here a few weeks ago and I did a mobile order and got a donut. When I got there I realized they didn’t have the one I ordered so I told the girl with dirty blonde hair and glasses working and she says “no really”. Just went again today on Sunday around 10:30 am and ordered munchkins and she had another employee come and ask what munchkins I got and I repeated myself a couple of times because I thought she couldn’t hear me and she says “well I guess we’re getting chocolate… i don’t know why we’re saying chocolate so many times” this girl has been nothing but rude the past 2 times i’ve came here and Im a dunkin employee myself and I would never talk to customers like that.

the young girl working sunday morning around 1130 am was nothing but rude when i was ordering this morning. i am 7 months pregnant and hard of hearing, and was pretty sure she was repeating my order back to me so i just repeated it again to her and she started having a crazy attitude with me to which i told her to not speak to me that way. usually this dunkin’s is really nice but that girl was extremely unnecessarily hostile to me and other customers.

I had an amazing experience when I just went to Dunkin’ at 240 Middlesex Turnpike Ext. in Burlington, MA.
The staff was kind and inviting from the time I stepped in, smiling as they greeted every customer. The space itself is modern, light, and clean, making it a great place to grab a snack or coffee.
Regarding the menu, Dunkin’ always offers a fantastic assortment of drinks, and this visit was no exception. I got their standard iced coffee with a shot of caramel, and it was exactly the proper amount of coffee flavor without being overly sugary.
The ice didn’t immediately dilute the coffee, which may occasionally be an issue elsewhere, and the coffee was fresh.
I also got a Glazed and a Boston Kreme, two of their specialty donuts. They were both wonderful!
The donuts were the ideal accompaniment to my coffee because they were soft, fresh, and just the proper amount of sweet. Additionally, I saw that they served a selection of breakfast sandwiches and other delicacies, which I will most certainly sample when I return.
The speed of service was very remarkable. I didn’t have to wait long for my order because the personnel worked quickly despite the busy location.
Additionally, the drive-thru line was moving swiftly, which is usually advantageous for people who are pressed for time.
Overall, this Dunkin’ location surpassed my expectations by providing exceptional customer service in addition to delicious food and coffee.
I really suggest dropping by for a morning treat or a quick pick-me-up if you’re nearby!

The coffee is always brewed, and the treats are sweet, but this location continually has poor customer service. Last time I came by, the app had refreshed, and I didn’t know where anything was, even to make a payment, and the lady at the counter told me it was my problem, not hers. I finally use my debit card and went on. This time, the lady at the cash register was being friendly and attentive, but when I ask for a glass of ice water for my five year old, who didn’t want coffee or another drink, she, and the other lady working the food line told me it was impossible and that they don’t have water with ice. Thankfully, the manager was there and told him it was fine, he charge me a dollar which is fine but a little strange. I’m also super disappointed how disgusting the bathroom is. It looks like it hasn’t had attention in quite some time. My five-year-old needed to go to the bathroom and I was afraid for her to touch anything once we entered.

I asked for less ice and I got extra. Kind of furious I paid 4.27 got a cup of ice. Def won’t br back to this location getting a drink. The breakfast sandwich was good though.

I always get loaded hash browns love that item on the menu. Anytime i order here they are always super sparing on bacon and cheese regardless if its a sandwich or not. They never add extra bacon when i pay for it They constantly forget utensils as well. The workers are super friendly and helpful. I understand the fast pace work they have to do.

I came to this location for what was supposed to be a fast lunch break. They had three people behind the counter and no line. It still took 20 minutes for a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant.
The food quality is low, even by usual Dunkin standards. I got a Pepsi, which was barely chilled and pretty much flat.

I get my coffee here and it is never right, sometimes there is not enough cream, or other times there is not enough mocha, when I say I need more mocha the girl brings it back with an overload of it, a few sips to try and get through drinking it I felt sick till lunch time. The last time I went there she asked if I needed more mocha and I just said no and tossed it out when I left, big waste of money! I will have to go to the store closer to the VA, they seem to always get it right from my direction
