Absolutely horrible. I ordered a caramel macchiato with whole milk and extra caramel, I got it with no caramel. Went in the first time, got one pump of caramel when I had originally asked for extra. I go in for a second time and the cashier told me I had to pay for more caramel, as she stated she added one pump for extra.. I originally got charged for extra, and didn’t receive it. It wasn’t on the sticker as well. Very disappointed and tried calling multiple times with no answer. It’s Saturday morning and all I wanted was my drink made correctly

I want to start off by saying most of the employees are phenomenal with the exception of one.. I come in I order my coffee I watch all these employees work hard but one.. how is it that every time I come in I see the whole staff busting their ass except for I believe her name is Suzan? Or suzanne? She’s blond and typically works mornings.. Every time I’ve come in to order something she’s in the corner by where the food comes out on her cellphone.. and really disrespectful to not only customers but the employees she works with.. I’ve seen this on more then one occasion and it’s very very saddening..

Do you like frosted donuts? If so, don’t bother going to this location.
Either staff members aren’t trained properly, don’t get feedback given to the store, or they just don’t care. Without fail, every single time I order a donut with frosting, it comes face down in the bag – even when I specifically ask for it not to be. Even when I let them know politely that when they put the donuts face down, all of the frosting stays with the bag. I’ve politely told this location about receiving donuts like this 7 times. I’m officially out of patience.

The workers are extremely rude they do not know how to do their jobs correctly they have no customer service skills they burn the food and when you ask them to remake it they give you attitude and look at you as if it’s the end of the world because they made a mistake and need to fix it

Every time I order a coldbrew it tastes and looks like watered down iced coffee. The workers hardly smile and it’s been a while since I’ve had a good experience here. Drive a little further to the YATCO DUNKIN and you’ll have much better coffee and service!

Every single time I use the mobile order app they always forget something or gives us the wrong order. This is definitely one of the worst dunks in town, and it doesn’t help that most of the kids that work there give you an attitude for asking them to correct their mistakes.

you’ve got a 50/50 shot of getting what you ordered. day after day I get someone else’s coffee, or a coffee just made wrong or missing ingredients requested. also, the speaker in the drive thru is a whisper more often than not, and I am guessing its both ways since I often get asked what I just ordered seconds later at the window.

The food and drinks were Dunkin’ typical, but it may have been the slowest Dunkin’ drive thru line I’ve ever been in. It wasn’t too long, but took ages. I’ve had this issue at this Dunkin’ before, so this was not one time thing.
