In the morning this is the greatest Dunkin’s in the world. However, at night it is ALWAYS a terrible experience. Like just now I get to the drive through at 850 and no one answers the drive thru so I went inside and whoever was working (short girl with short blonde hair) tells me they’re closed. I work 3rd shift this is the soonest I can get here and I only order a coffee this is absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent service everytime, food and drink are always good. Couldnt get served at the desk due to short staff, was kiosk and drive thru only. I hope that doesnt become a common occurrence

Went in no one waiting inside and no one in the drive thru waited at counter no one acknowledged me or said be right with you. After a couple a minutes I walked out. Maybe need to train their people how to greet customers.

I just want to thank the drive thru crew for all they do to guarantee orders are correct. The staff person today at the window was excellent, before she asked for my payment she went over my order, checked me out and then reiterated my order as she handed it out the window to me. That’s what I call an employee who is customer service related.

Stopped coming there for a while because my coffee was always made wrong and I’d have to go get it fixed.. it’s been a few months and now I go back again and it’s the same thing again except the coffee is always burnt.. I just wanna wake up and get my morning coffee to start my day that’s all.. so again I don’t think I’m be getting coffee from here anymore..

They were doing drive-thru only and I had a really large order and I had to use the bathroom. So, when I went in I asked them if they could please make an exception and take my order, then I would be very patient and wait even if it took a while, but I really just didn’t want to be the a**hole in the Drive-Thru who is ordering sandwiches for six. They were super nice and took my order, AND when I forgot to order a strawberry frosted donut, they threw it in a bag for free! These guys really go the extra mile!

I’m lucky to live 1/2 a mile away because they are hands down the best Dunkin’. They are all SO NICE and like someone else stated , they really do go the extra mile. Today for example I went really early and the muffins just came out so the girl made it a point to tell me it was really hot ! They are unreal quick too. I know people just stop at any Dunkin so honestly the reviews don’t really matter AS MUCH as other places may, but I just hope the staff sees this. Even when they were short staffed during Covid , they were so pleasant! I think the manager Patti/y (if she’s still there) was so amazing during these hard times. I specifically remember her. Thank you ! 🙂
