This Dunkin Donuts is situated in Dudley, MA and happens to be conveniently located along my interstate travel route when visiting some family, so I visit occasionally but not daily. My recent visit was a rest stop during such travels.

Typically go to the Dudley DD each day, 60% of time when i get a coffee there a coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. It really makes the last sip unpleasant! Haven’t had an issue with Bakers dozen or CT DD’s. Very frustrating – time to change location!

Well it’s the employee’s that make this location my go to Dunkin. I thought it was wonderful that after 4 months that they finally fixed the hand dryer in the ladies room. To my surprise they even decorated for Halloween…Only for show people… Inspection time! Inspection was over and the decorations were taken down 5 days before Halloween… So very sorry that you thought your dollar ghosts made out of shower curtains would be stolen. The flower arrangement was beautiful! To bad it left the building to go back acrossed the parking lot. Your faithful Customer. ❤️

The order was incorrect. The manager still charged me and did not offer to correct the overcharge instead he gave me doughnuts that I did not want . My order was 10 free munchkins not 3 orders of 10 munchkins. Since my card on file was already charged the store owner said “well that’s what they charged you, so I’m getting your doughnuts now.” I ended up with 30 munchkins that were stale and my bill was $9.96 instead of 3.19.

The girl messed up on my mom’s coffee twice, then instead of bagel with bacon egg and cheese I got an everything bagel with cream cheese. The girl was very slow and almost like she had no knowledge on taking the order or how to make things. Dudley dunkin near the court house. Normally they are quick and make the correct orders.
