Higher priced dunks in the state by about 50 cents to a dollar per coffee. Feel bad for employees I can’t afford to tip when my coffee cost almost a dollar more.

I wish I could give a better review. Must be new employees, drive thru was jammed with a bunch of cars. So I went inside. I waited for a bit, lady took my order. And then I waited I had to ask for all my missing food, employees standing around looking at me… Standing in front of me with out saying hey y’all set… I had to complain that my food wasn’t done. When I got my food ham & cheese sandwich melt… Ya right cold meat and two kinds of not melted cheese.. GROSS!!! Hope they can do better next time!

Great atmosphere! The manager Linda even keeps it fun for the kiddos. Don’t be surprised if you find her dressed up in some kind of costume on the holidays. But know everything will be right there!

You have a couple great employees, however I go there almost every day getting the same order and almost half the time it is wrong to the point where it gets thrown out or the cup is handed to me covered in coffee. This morning after having my credit card for five min and making my coffee I was told your credit system is down, I have no cash so I tried using the app which was also down. So instead of correcting your mistake and just giving me the coffee that was going to get thrown out anyways they turned me away saying they couldn’t do anything. Very poor customer service, not to mention if I was told when I pulled up I would have had time to go to the next dunks before work. I usually dont complain but when your paying at least 40 a week for a product and service it shouldn’t be a usual event for something to be completely wrong.
