I love that the drive through is actually efficient. I personally love the taste of aroma joes more but it’s drive through is always so slow. In comparison to Starbucks Dunkin is much better bang for your buck especially with their deals and sizes.

That’s the rudest most passive aggressive I have ever been witness to. What a jerk. Hey just maybe get a different job. I worked in food service for a good decade had some pretty hard times in my life. Don’t take your frustrations out on me and especially not my sandwich. I am not the source of your anger. Rude and then Slamming stuff around, management pretended she wasn’t? Was worried that she would contaminate my food on purpose cause I was an evil customer maybe? I was going to just leave my sandwich on the counter and tell her to get a new job. Not worth it, I purposely had a good day and ate my cold sausage sandwich.! wasn’t that bad!

Waited at counter for about 5 minutes before someone took my order. Rang it up wrong so I paid more instead of getting discount on sandwich. Burnt croissant and never got coffee. After everyone else got coffee I asked where is mine and they finally made it as I Waited more. Cashier never looked at me the whole time and how do you serve someone a Burnt sandwich? Didn’t notice till I got on the road..never coming back.

3.7 rating and will continue to drop. Let’s face it none of you corporations care about your customers anymore, it’s flat-out obvious. Stop charging me for things I don’t get in my order that I’m supposed to get. Also, I should not have to ask for a receipt every time I buy something. Between lazy employees and careless corporations, most of you places that have been around for a while or about to disappear completely. As if your food is worth it anyway, which makes it easier to walk away.

Their coffee is good but if I ask for milk they always put too much but only on certain days, the consistency is lacking but when they get it right its very good coffee. I’ve notice on the weekends its always better. Monday is the day it always tastes like too much milk. Customer service though is top notch otherwise.

Honestly maybe 1 out of 10 times is my coffee ever right here… I order an iced latte most of the time and I swear it’s just a glass of iced milk without the espresso/coffee. Most of the staff is nice and friendly but some of them just don’t know what they are doing. A cup of ice and milk is not work $5-6 + tip. Better off going across the street to the one at the Walmart.

Have been waiting 10 minutes, still haven’t gotten the food. Ordered avocado toast and the dude put avocado on the bread before he toasted it just to toast it with the avocado on it. Nobody wants warm avocado. Heard one of the women saying we look irritated that it’s taking so long when you go to any other Dunkin’s and it’s done in way less time. Get better staff or train them better. This is horrendous, and I really ever rate anything less than 4 stars.
