I taste the broth before adding siracha and it was full flavored and delicious. I ordered a small and it was plenty packed with noodles and meat.
Their menu is huge and offer many different options .
Definitely will come back when in the area .
Service was great and fast.
Sorry, I really wanted to like this place. They gave me 5 small pieces of oxtail with not a lot of meat on it in my Pho. Also, the oxtail was way too tough and seemed old. I didn’t care for the flavor of the broth either. However, the guy was nice and the service was good. Not worth the $30.00. I don’t plan on going back.
The restaurant had only been open for an hour, so it wasn’t too busy. By the time we left though it was mostly filled with customers. We were greeted promptly and seated. Service was prompt, courteous and welcoming.
For an appetizer we ordered Goi Bo which is like a beef salad. It consists of Beef (Raw. With shredded carrots, cabbage, fresh meat, roasted peanuts, onions, and homemade dressing.)
The beef was tender and flavorful and the remaining vegetable ingredients were as fresh as could be. Be warned though, this is a large mound of an appetizer. It can easily be shared by at least 2-3 people.
For entrees we ordered the #23 Pho Dac Biet (Special Combination Beef Noodle Soup)
(With eye round steak, flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe. Normal size is Large.) The broth was one of the best pho broths we have had. It was a nice deep flavor to it. The beef was tender and very much loaded with tendon, tripe and other beef components.
The second entrée we ordered was the number 46 Hu Tieu Mi Dac Biet (Deluxe Combination Noodle Soup)
Topped with sliced pork, shrimp, squid, imitation crab, pork, choice of yellow or rice noodle.
Again, the broth was delicious. It was flavorful and nice and light without being an overpowering seafood taste. It also was loaded with all the accompanying ingredients.
The last items we ordered were an avocado shake and a Vietnamese iced coffee. Both drinks were nice and cold and refreshing.
Overall, we really like the food, ambiance and staff here. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
Tonight waiter suggested off menu spicy wings for an app that were off the hook!!!
If you thinking about try this place I would say don’t think just go!!!
