The food was not fresh the fries were hot and fresh but they were not cooked the same, well enough, or something they didn’t have the same flavo. The burger the bun was hard Burger was old. The nuggets were old and not warm. this Wendy’s was good when it first opened but it has been the subpar the last few times I have went compared to the one in Auburn this one lacks anybody who really cares

It is as decent as fast food can be. I prefer to get the Biggie Bag with a $5 sandwich option, because it’s more cost effective.

EDIT: I almost threw away my receipt without looking at it. The menu states that my chosen meal is $5 before tax, but I was charged $6 pre-taxation.

every time I come here they get my order wrong, and at the very least get the sauce wrong. every time I ask for ranch, and every time I’d either get honey mustard or ghost pepper ranch. it happened again today, and I made a note to check that I actually got ranch. i got honey mustard again, and when I told the person at the window, they handed me, again, ghost pepepr ranch, and when I asked again, I actually got ranch this time. also, told them I had a frosty tag, and when I got to the window, was handed an orange one. I never told them what kind i wanted, nor did they ask, so I asked to swap it for what I actually wanted. they seem pretty swarmed with customers at all hours, so I get confusion, but it’s also kinda frustrating to deal with this every time.

I probably should have read the reviews first. Ordered a Dave’s single combo and received what appeared to be the bargain double stack burger instead. I showed the cashier, who already seemed a bit lost ringing me up and he confirmed that what I received was a Dave’s single. I showed him again that it is two small patties and the 4 staff members behind him confirmed this is the Dave’s single. A single is one big patty last I checked. Overcharged $12 for the bargain burger in a combo.

Normally they’re pretty good but I ordered a burger with no pickles and pub fries. I got pickles all over my sandwich and the pub fries had cheese and just two strips of bacon on top. Not the bacon pieces they’re supposed to have. Can’t cut up the bacon with the plastic fork you get. And I can’t eat pickles. Had to toss the burger and the dog got the bacon. Pretty disappointed.

Im giving my experience a 1 star because I cant give a 0. Im not rating the food im rating the service. Not only is it hard to communicate because the people dont speak very good English but they dont seem to understand it either. I asked for 6 chicken honey butter biscuits and all i got was 5 honey butter biscuits, no chicken. I told them I was supposed to have 6 and they placed another one in the bag. Once I started driving away I noticed they all looked super small so I opened one and all it was is a honey butter biscuit. I had to sit out front for almost 30mins just waiting for them to get the order right. Pretty lame to be completely honest. How difficult is it to get a simple order right the first time? Just wow… when I finally got me food they said sorry and that they gave me one extra as if that negates the negative experience.

So apparently I’m a racist I got my total and I asked them how they came up with the total I asked for the receipt before paying and I let them know that I didn’t order that can they please change it the associate said that she changed it I pulled around after paying and had seen the receipt still had the same amount when I asked for it because she was going to keep it I looked at my bank statement and they charged the original amount so I went back inside and asked them why they charged me for something I didn’t order and showed them they said I ordered that I said no I didn’t this is my order and it brought the food in I said this is why you guys shouldn’t be speaking Spanish because it’s too much confusion they said they’re allowed I said I have worked retail and so has my wife and if people are called speaking in their native language they can be terminated another manager came over and said I was a racist and to get out of her store I said this is only my second time complaining for the same problem she said no it’s not I said yes it is and I didn’t even talk to you that time if you look at the reviews a lot of the point towards my complaint as well

I had the most positive experience at Wendy’s today. The guy working the window, super positive I was kind of in a down mood, but he was hilarious. I left smiling and the food is excellent. You can’t beat their chicken sandwiches!

Made my order, got something completelydifferent. Tried calling to let them know so they can improve, and the number listed definitely isn’t the number for the store. Guess the only thing I’ll get there from now on is fries, can’t imagine that could get screwed up
