I’ve never been to a better Dunkin’s. I always have my drink made perfectly and this morning I forgot to order my latte with almond milk so I went back to ask if I could have my drink made again and the woman in the drive thru window was so uncommonly kind and she gave me a free donut even though it was totally my fault that I didn’t order my drink right. I was also having a really tough morning so the gesture lifted my spirits. These people just don’t get enough credit.

Went to this store this morning and was given the wrong EVERYTHING. Asked for a double bacon, and cheese got a bacon egg and cheese. They charged me for an extra sandwich when they made the correct one and left the one we cant eat due to allergy.

This store is seriously awful. Let me be clear that I don’t mean Dunkin’ overall, just this specific location. I’ve gone multiple times to find them closed before closing time, or they’re unable to make my sandwich because the oven is off, but this was a new low. In my most recent trip to this store, they took my mobile order, took my money, then told me they couldn’t make my drinks because they were cleaning the machine. Not a huge deal, right? I want my refund. Nope, can’t have your refund because “we don’t have manager’s numbers”. Then they told me that all they could do was give me ” the ticket”, which i could take to some other Dunkin’ location and they “should be able” to make it for me got my drinks across town 20 minutes later. So much for saving time by using the mobile order feature.

Used to go here everyday but since covid its gone completely down hill. They don’t even bother making your coffee correctly and since they don’t allow customers in the store your stuck. How hard is it to follow the sticker on the cup?

I spend about $50 a week, I’ve been going there for 5 years…I’m not sure what happened but new mangers and new workers the past 2 weeks I order the sane thing every morning 2 ice coffee with Carmel swirl I get home and either one doesn’t have it or both… it’s nothing like coming home and your coffee is wrong and spend so much money… I am done!!!! will drive a little farther to get my coffee for now on…

Ever since they changed up their menu, I have continued to enjoy their offering. I wish some items would stick, and some promotions are a bit pricey but overall the food is good and the different flavors are exciting to try. Be mindful of how many pumps of flavor swirl and cream they are putting in your drink and dont hesitate to ask and adjust.
