I ordered what i usually order at duncan, just a french vanilla hot with extra cream and sugar and i was NOT disappointed, infact this is probably the best coffee ive had in years since the last time my dad ordered it for me when he was still with me. I just had the pleasure of Olivia waiting on me. She was so sweet and went above and beyond when making my little concoction. I know working with the public and being in customer service can be mentally and physically exhausting (especially these days) but it was so nice to see someone just happy and wanting to make sure I was happy as well. A smile and a simple, kind gesture can go a long way.

I come here almost daily and get the same thing. This is the only dunks that makes my coffee perfect every single time I order. I always order in my app so I can choose how many swirls, sugars or creams. I know I could in person too but I’m shy and don’t like to make it complicated, and this way, they can’t accidentally put my order in wrong or something. Anywho, there’s a few people that work here that are not teens, one I went to school with, and they deserve a raise! I hope Dunkin sees this and values thier hard workers a little extra. Thanks for making my coffee perfectly♥️
