The menu that I wanted to try was out of order, I ordered mango smoothy and paid 6.69 before tax, but it was in a small cup (like tall size in Starbucks or looks smaller than that). I expected a bigger size than that. I was only going here bc they were the only one who opened after 8 pm on Sunday night. I don’t think I would ever order smoothy with them.

I stopped by this Panera with my kids and unfortunately left behind a book. A manager found the book and put it in the office. It took me a week to retrace and realize that I had left my book at their restaurant. When I called to ask if they had it they said it was there for a few days but wasn’t there now. I was told they would do some investigating and get back to me. A few days later after not getting a call back, I called again and was told that they would do some investigating and get back to me. I waited another few days and called again. At this point, I was told that it’s likely my book was thrown out. While I accept that I made a mistake in leaving my book, I feel strongly that they should have kept it longer than a week and even more strongly should have given me a call back letting me know it was likely tossed.

They do a great job here. The bread and bagels are always fresh . The people at the counter seem to be happy and helpful. I like the small computer screens that are there to get to input orders on. They shouldn’t be as close as they are to the action / registers. Too confusing.
