Stopped by at 8:30am on a Sunday. Drive thru was busy; about 8 cars moving slow. Decided to walk in to order and use facilities. Stood at counter over 5 minutes. No one acknowledged us standing there. No one made eye contact. No one even attempted to get our order. I understand that it was Sunday and that they were busy in the Drive-Thru. However, to run an efficient business, you should at least have one person attending people walking in at the counter. We walked out and went to McDonald’s for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Great service at McD’s.

I’ve been here four times. The counters are always a mess. I’ve waited for my order when it’s literally sitting behind the counter. The food is always burnt and the last time, and this is the last time I come here. The service was absolutely horrendous. The employees cannot communicate with one another and they ignore the customers. I asked three times about my order being complete, the first person told me to “hold up” the second one was decent enough to ask one of the others but did not acknowledge me, and the third person literally ignored me as she is playing around with boxes and food bags before she slowly looked at my stuff and then took the pink tag, grabbed a sticker, and stuck it to the coffee, then called it out as if I hadn’t literally asked her about it a minute prior to. It had been sitting there, completed for 5 minutes while the employees argued about whether a customer is allowed to have whip cream on her coffee.
There are sugar packets all over the counters, right above the ice and the ice is left wide open. It’s a disgusting mess in there.

Had to abandon a mobile order bc I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, barely moving. I’m going to stop coming here bc it’s constantly packed, and they obviously don’t staff enough for the volume. In the past, I’ve had to wait a long time but the coffee was at least made right. Cannot recommend

This location cannot be serious. I live close so I frequent just this Dunkin – I’ve had at least 8 almost ENTIRE orders completely ridiculously WRONG in the span of 2 months.
I’m talking dairy in nondairy coffee, which had real repercussions. Wrong meat, wrong cheese, no cheese, NO EGG??? At some point I had a sandwich that had 2 pieces of bacon. And nothing else. Guys….??? Coffees blatantly wrong, wrong size, wrong flavoring, a total of 4 donuts have been completely forgotten from orders.
In the last 2 months, I’ve had maybe 3 correct orders. I’m done. Are you guys serious? I’ve worked at a Dunkin. It’s bagels. You’re putting cheese on a bagel and still getting it wrong. Get a grip. Finally a sign to stop ordering Dunkin forever. Save yourself and get a bag of bagels at Stop and Shop and don’t stop here even if it’s the last place available on earth.

Tried ordering the Brown Sugar Shakin Espresso thing. The two guys working there really couldn’t figure it out. There were maybe five people who came in during the 15 minutes it took them to make this gross crap that’s like 2/3s full… they messed up each persons order.

There coffee, latte, & cold tea are good. It seam like they can’t get there food correct.
Their hush brows are always soggy no matter how many times you tell him extra crispy or doubled bake. I order the egg whites with potatoes and a had more potatoes then eggs in it also tasted funny and the potatoes were not fully cook.

Thank you Karmen with a K for your professionalism and attending to customers in timely matter. It is 1:59 Wednesday 12/6/2023 and everyone working at this time ignores the customers at the front except Miss Karmen with a K. I even notified the people working in the back and everyone ignored me but Karmen. I’m a full time law student so time is of the essence. This location is lucky they have Karmen because it would have been one star if it wasn’t for Karmen.

Good fast service, tasty doughnuts, and clean store. Everything you would want and expect from a Dunkin’. Did not disappoint. I even ordered one of the newer drinks (a Caramel Craze latte) that could have gone wrong, but was perfect! It reminded me of a PSL (pumpkin spice latte), but had a caramel base. I would 100% order it again!

! Frozen hot chocolate is what I order everytime, it never changes! 5 days a week yet 2-3 days EVERY WEEK they manage to give me a frozen coffee! If I wanted a coffee I would order one! 4 days I am already at work when it’s given to me it’s wasted! I had an employee argue with me about what I ordered, I had the app to prove him wrong! I’ve tried to call and as per 99% of the time there is no answer. On the off chance they do answer I get “ well bring it back and we will fix it, HELLO I can’t leave my job because you can’t do yours!!! The owner and managers should be ashamed at the employees performances!
