Don Pan is a gem! I came in craving something else, but the lovely lady who helped me—she told me her name was Anacleta—was such a great salesperson that she convinced me to try the pan de queso. I’m so glad she did; it was absolutely heavenly!
Paired with a perfect Café con Leche and excellent service, this was a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the area. Ask for Anacleta if you want the best recommendations!

I’m a big fan of the coffee and pastries from this bakery chain! But, this particular branch isn’t quite up to par. The checkout girls could have been a bit more friendly, and the ham cachito seemed a bit past its prime.

First time trying the dessert from Don Pan.
The fruit tart was ok. The cream wasn’t too sweet which was good and the peach and kiwi tasted good. The strawberry though had a rubbing alcohol taste to it. I did enjoy the crust. The flan had a weird flavor. Also tasted like a chemical. Nothing like flan. And the chocolate mouse was good. It wasn’t too chocolatey. Wish it was more airy though. Overall decent desserts. Not sure if I’d come back to try the other kinds.

Wonderful little spot.. we wanted to get everything! The arepas were phenomenal, my Cuban was perfect and the cheesecake and cortados were the perfect ending. The staff was on top of it even though they were obviously very busy during our visit.

The people who work here are very lazy and not polite at all. Horrible service. Specially this lady, she is super rude, like she doesn’t like to work. She only wants to be like this and close earlier. They don’t even understand English. I’m so disappointed because I like Don Pan.

The cakes were beautiful and delicious, but the customer service could have been better. Even with the disappointing service I received, I loved the first cake enough to come back the next day. The second cake given to me was cinnamon, when I had ordered a caramel cake. The cashiers really need to pay more attention to orders.
