Bought a bacon cheeseburger meal and a double cheeseburger on it’s own. The fries were barely warm. Both burgers were verging on cold and had obviously been sitting far to long. I work right across the street. A) I won’t be back and b) I will be recommending others go elsewhere. $20 for 2 cold burgers and 1 Luke warm fry. We tossed the food. Was inedible.

Bad customer service, lady at the drive thru very Rude took our order and then said come to the window. I said I have to order some more food and she said come to the window and remind me, pay for my order and then said wait on the white line . I was putting my credit back on my wallet when she said pull to the line or get your money back. I told her I will get my money back , you need to come in to the restaurant she said so I did . I honestly didn’t argue with any of the staff there . I work for customer service too .

This is by far the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. I’ve grabbed some food from here a few times and was just hoping that they were having a bad day in the past. But no. They just suck. Went in the drive thru today and the girl taking my order couldn’t get anything right, spent quite a bit of time correcting her and telling her what she was ringing me up for was wrong. Probably would have been easier for her if she wasnt laughing and talking to someone else, i could hear them chatting away over the headset. Fast forward to pulling my food out the bag and it was just… sad. 5pc chicken tenders were so hard and dry that they are completely inedible, they also sprinkled some kind of spicy seasoning all over them which I certainly did not want. Straight to the trash. Got a mushroom and Swiss burger too, it was smashed and flat like someone sat on it. That was edible, at least. Fries were overcooked and dry even though they made me pull forward in the drive thru line (I was the only one there???) So they could “cook my fries”. At least they were hot?????? They joined the tenders in the garbage.
Ive given this place enough chances, and they have been consistently terrible every time. I will not be returning.

Just stop there for ice tea today for the rest of the drive home as I was waiting for my tea to be poured I noticed on the wall a sanitation grade of 100 I have only seen that have a sanitation grade a few times in my life kudos to the hearties team in Benson!
I’ve eaten at this Hardee’s 15 times over the last five or six years in the customer service and the friendly staff is second to none in fast food. My food is always fresh and hot and serve with the smile!

I pulled up and placed my order and when I finished I said thank you and heard him say yea whatever.. then I get home after ordering chicken strips.. They were not only tiny but they were so hard I had to throw them away.. will never go to this Hardee’s again !!!

Went through the drive thru to grab lunch on a busy day. My chicken sandwich was inedible. I took one bite and had to spit it out it tasted so bad. I suspect the meat was spoiled before cooking. It really tasted awful. Fries and drink were ok. Service was quick.

Did a drive-through order and received cold, hard fries. I asked for catchup three different times, and it never was put in the bag. I also ordered a large drink and received a regular sized drink. I was the only customer in the line. Very sad food and service.

Went through the drive thru and it took FOREVER. I finally got up to the window and it took another 15minutes to get food. When I did receive the three biscuits I didn’t get a sorry or a simple thank you. Wish I had never went, but never again.
