Great experience at Duck Donuts! The donuts are made fresh and warm, and you can customize them with lots of toppings and drizzles. Everything tasted delicious. The donuts are always very delicious, unique and customized. Staff seem to typically be uninterested and unhappy to be there but it’s understandable as they are usually young teens early adults. I wouldn’t necessarily go there for an atmosphere as I always get the donuts to go. I will say the coffee is AMAZING probably the best I’ve ever had but again, I would take it to go. Definitely a must try for the donuts not service or atmosphere.

Try the maple bacon donut they said….. so i tried it and it was delicious !!! they make fresh made to order cake donuts and they glaze a not too sweet maple icing over it and generously drizzle fresh but not crunchy bacon bits over the icing. Palate banger !! I ordered other donuts and i want to exchange them for the bacon maples……
The french toast donut french toasted!!! The glaze is delicious on this donut and is another surprisingly not cloyingly sweet icing with what tasted like hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Well done.

I have always had a great experience here. However this pas weekend, it was pretty poor. The staff seem in disarray; there was one young woman who really tried to mesh the staff. However ultimately she had to take on most of the work herself. I would give her 5 stars. This service cost me about 40 minuets.
The donuts were not as good as I remember ( I really like this place because of the product). They were hard and dry. I will return sometime, hopefully with better service and food quality.

I cycled 120 miles today in order to get a taste of 2 donuts. Was it worth the trip?

The best place ever, honestly. Chen and the rest of staff were excellent and very pleasant. Friendly and easy to talk too !! I had a lot of questions especially since I have a coffee intolerance. They were willing to substitute and help me get my order together ❤️ 13/10 would recommend. If I lived closer, I would come more often. They also had really cute merch lol

I always walk past this place multiple times. Finally went in for coffee and decided to try a donut. I went for a maple bacon and i was pleasantly surprised. It was sweet but not overpowered. The bacon was crispy and the donut was velvety and soft.

I am so utterly disappointed to have to write this review. The spot was okay. Customer service was good. However the doughnuts themselves!? What an utter disgrace to doughnuts everywhere. I walked in here with such high hopes having read they where amazing and boy was I wrong. This have officially won the spot of the WORST doughnuts I have EVER tasted. Like hands down. The texture is HORRIBLE. These can’t even be considered cake doughnuts! They are chewy in a bad way, bland, it taste like gum dough. Not even the toppings can fix the texture and the blindness of the base. Most regretted 27$ I’ve paid ever. So sad about it too. Got them last night and not even the 5 kids ate them. They are sitting on my kitchen counter. Not good. Don’t spend ur money. Go to Dunkin.

Duck donuts is a great option for the sweet tooth. There are so many options to choose from and the team is so helpful in walking you through it all. Oh and if you’re a fan of rubber ducks, there are tons of them around the store including some to purchase as well! We went around Valentine’s Day so there was a menu with Valentine’s themed options. We tried 6 of them and they were delicious. These donuts are filling like a standard donut. Definitely stop by for a dozen or more!
