This restaurant serves authetic and excellent Hong Kong style dishes. We got dishes including the Wonton Noodle, Beef Chow fun, the Century Egg, Fried Wonton and Pork Congee. As someone from Hong Kong,I would say these dishes are very delicious. The Wonton Noodle has a really good chrwy texture with tender shrimp wonton served in a clear broth. The Beef Chow fun has the wok hei which not every restaurant has and is not really oilly. The fried wonton is still very crispy even we waited for more than 15 mins before eating it. Lastly, the congee is well seasoned and flavorful with plenty ingredients inside. The staff are nice too. Would definitely recommend people to go here and would also visit again!

If Mikes Noodle is too far this place can fix it. They serve authentic canton style dishes including congee and wonton noodles. The place is small but very clean. Also unlike ID , you can easily find a parking spot in front of the restaurant. As for food, I really like the wonton noodle. The soup base itself wasn’t anything extraordinary but the actual wonton was very good which included shrimp. We also ordered beef congee which came with layers of ginger and green scallion on top. I actually prefer congee here to the one in Chinatown. The congee wasn’t as mushy as Mikes Noodles and had good texture. It came with grounded beef instead of sliced beef. I personally prefer sliced beef but that is a personal preference. Congee also wasn’t as salty as the one in ID. The service was excellent and you will find a very clean restroom.
I would definitely come back to try other dishes.
Oh it was also pretty inexpensive.

The food is incredibly authentic and delicious! I ordered the wonton noodles, and they tasted just like the ones I had in Hong Kong! The orders from my friends also look really delicious! As someone from Hong Kong, these restaurants opened by Hong Kongers are really hard to find. The owners are also really nice and friendly! Highly recommended!!

Very disappointed with google reviews. Came with a group of 4 and only 1 person enjoyed their noodle soup, and when I say enjoyed, that’s a 5/10 rating. Other reviews were 1/10, 3/10, and 4/10. The wontons all had shrimp in them, which was unexpected. One from our party dislikes shrimp and wouldn’t have ordered if they had known there was shrimp in the dish. Everyone enjoyed the beef chow fun, giving it a 7-8/10. We are not super picky eaters, and have never come to a restaurant and had a bad meal. This was a first. I think they put MSG in the food because my boyfriend gets a bad reaction to MSG, and the only other time this has happened was at PF Changs. Service was good but it doesn’t make up for the taste of the food. Would not return.

I ordered the beef chow fun and wonton noodle soup with beef brisket with my friends. Both dishes tasted very authentic and were perfectly seasoned. I will definitely come back again!

Definitely my cup of tea because you can taste how fresh the ingredients are and not over powered by seasoning or grease, though it is still very flavorful. If you are someone who likes heavy seasoning, this place might be a little light for your taste buds. The wontons were so delicious and full of ingredients. The beef chow fun reminds me of the ones I’d get in China as a kid. Definitely would come back for more food. I can totally see this place becoming one of the more popular restaurants in Edmonds. Authentic Cantonese food for sure.

Excellent beef brisket tendon noodle, better than Wonton Noodle House at Edmonds. Only place in North Seattle that serve clay pot rice, love the crust from the bottom; ordered the spicy chicken not spicy enough for me but still good, the sauce need a bit more flavor may be too light for some ppl. I enjoy both and will be back to try other items for sure. Come to give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. Have a Happy July 4th!!
Update recent visited 7/20 – we tried different things but still love their beef brisket tendon noodle & the satay beef noodle is fine too, lot of beef (sorry ate some of the beef). This is our regular spot now. Foods are fresh and not too oily. Must try if you haven’t eaten here yet!

We loved our meal but there are some things to talk about. Part Hong Kong street food, part Mom and Pop kitchen, part traditional restaurant, Harvest Noodle doesn’t fully succeed at any of these identities so ends up being great food in search of a purpose and a direction. You can sense this is some of the Google reviews. What is the signature dish? What are the main ingredients of the dishes? How does one even eat the dishes? How does one make sense of a menu on two separate handouts for a multi-person table? Here is a restaurant that just needs a bit of a hip rebrand and focus. There should be a stylistic but simple menu, promotion of a main dish, a signature dish that has delivery drivers flowing and and out of the door. It needs a few teenagers and a social media presence. Just create one dish that nobody else has, name it after yourself and promote it. Call it street food. The food and sauces will talk for themselves and people will come back. Looking forward to eating here again!

HK style restaurant… Fried Pork chops were good…
Their baked tomato pork rice (焗豬扒飯) is delicious, it’s worth the wait time. The to
mato sauce is just right, not too sour or sweet. The bottom fried rice is cooked very well (粒粒分明). The top layer of cheese is baked and melted into the sauce.

Tea is my go-to beverage as I decide what to eat and of course it’s a Chinese restaurant. My friend and I were in the mood for noodles and soup, perfect for a cold Saturday brunch! We enjoyed Wonton & Brisket Noodles Soup, Wonton & Beef Ball Noodles Soup, Curry Fried Pork Chop, and Milk Tea. Delighted that the soup wasn’t too salty, a must for me! The staff were nice. Worth it for our happy tummy.
