Great food and service located in the tawa food hall ordered the Beff Manduc pork cutlet, and dumpling tofu soup. The pork cutlet was massive and the perfect amount of crispness. All of the side dishes were excellent and paired well with everything!

Updates from February:

It was my favorite Korean restaurant BUT not anymore. The staff training could definitely be improved. When we ordered, we were told they had run out of rice, but they didn’t offer any alternative solutions. They just stared at us blankly. I noticed on the receipt that they have other locations in the same plaza, so maybe they could check if they can get rice from one of those stores? Eventually, I asked if we could substitute rice with noodles, and after staff asking the kitchen, the staff said it was fine—but then chef loudly emphasized that it was a one-time exception. Of course, I understand that! Who would eat tofu stew without rice or noodles? And it was their lack of rice that made us suggest alternatives. During a previous visit, the staff offered a free refill of Korean side dishes, but this time, they said that service was no longer available. Then asked which staff member told us, but I honestly couldn’t remember the staff from a few months ago. Overall, the staff’s service and problem-solving could use some improvement.

Beef tofu soup and Bulgogi were soooooo good

Offer One time FREE refill for side dishes
Which I don’t know after visiting 7 times
Also love their side dishes (but it will be better if they have more options)

So disappointed. Just picked up a togo order and the quality is yesterday food. Clearly they re fried the donkatsu and the rice is at least day old. Colors can tell. I didn’t buy your food to get leftovers from yesterday. What a waste of money. Check your food before leaving. This is so disturbing.

This Tofu House has potential. You order and find an open table in the food court. They come and serve your food. The food court is spacious and clean.

Food: Jap-Chae is above average. Tofu soup is on par. Bulgogi meat is good but onion is too raw (plate not hot enough). Ran out of Bo Ssam at lunch time(?)

The price is not friendly but acceptable. I would come again to try other dishes.

Service: The main issue is wait time. We went before noon and the line was short. But we waited 30 min to get our small plates and Jap-Chae and another 10-15 min to get the main plates. They could have served the small plates and cold dishes earlier. Servers are a bit inexperienced but polite.

One of the newest Korean restaurants in San Bernardino county, it’s in the Tawa market hall in Estatvalle.
It’s a very unique Korean restaurant that specializes in soontofu.
Very authentic and I was told they use family recipes.
They serve this giant pork cutlet that is very delicious also the seafood soontofu soup was excellent.
We also ordered the bbq beef ribs, very tender and had a great flavor.
I would come back to try other items on the menu.
Highly recommended

My kid loves to eat JapChae so i came here for this. Came in and there are couple people in the line, but they got helped pretty fast, and all the staff are so friendly and nice. After pay they gave me number and i went to look for table. And later on the staff will bring my order out to my table.

Based on this service, i really like it. That show they care about the service, other place that i went there you have to go to the counter to pick up your own food. This like a plus from me!

Now the Jap-chae, its good portion, ahhhh the flavor was sooo good!!! Its perfectly season, just so good. My kid loves it!!!!

This DUBU tofu house has so many options on their menu, i definetly will come back again to try others dishes on their menu. I heard from a friend that their Tofu soup was the best! And their porkcutlet also so good.

They also have so many different type of drinks in can from Korea. I got the peach puree drink, and its super good. My kid also likes it. And would love to try other flavor that they have next time.

Overall my experience here today was very good!!!

This is the newest food hall in SoCal, and inside is the FIRST Korean tofu house to open in Eastvale!! They’ve got all the Korean classics that you know and love, like seafood soondubu which is tofu soup that is LOADED with ingredients, and grilled meats like galbi and spicy pork which come on a sizzling plate.

But one of their specialties is the WANG’S PORK CUTLET, it looks absolutely insane!! This is crispy perfection but still got that MEAT substance :p

And you HAVE to try their japchae that’s made with the owners’ special recipe, I seriously couldn’t stop taking bite after bite!

Best of all, all their banchans or side dishes are handmade by the owners themselves, so delicious and I used them as a palate cleanser in between everything else 😉

Thanks for reading! ^-^

This place was good but not when you give me leftover food from yesterday. The katsu was clearly re fried since everything is dark and brown. I had your katsu before and it was good. Not when you re fried them. Rice is clearly old rice. Discoloration can tell it’s at least over a day old. Don’t waste your money here. Maybe they place games with to go orders. Eating in never had issues. Katsu tasted burnt. Couldn’t even finish the dish. Had to cook something for my child since I am not willing to feed her this food.

I order the Korean Tofu Soup with beef and an egg. Medium spice.
It was accompanied with rice and 3 side dishes (kimchi, bean sprouts and Uh mook jorim”fish cake strips” )

Open seating in the food hall, but my food was brought out to me. As expected, the soup was boiling, delicious and filling. $17 total

We decided try this place after picking up our sister from the airport. Atmosphere was clean. Food was decent. They made a mistake on one our orders but quickly rectified it. Person who took our order was very friendly, customer service was outstanding. Will be back whenever we are in the area. Thank you
