We came here for lunch. They have authentic Northern Vietnamese cuisine. We ordered many dishes. My favorite one was “cha ca la vong”, a grilled fish dish. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean.

Authentic Vietnamese food and especially from the North. Tried the pho bo in hot pot, ném nướng and bo là lot and ném của be rolls. Service is friendly and courteous!

Bun Cha Ha Noi (Grilled Pork in Fish Sauce): this is perhaps my favorite dish. The pork was grilled perfectly and soaking it in the delicious fish sauce creates the perfect combination of flavours. The smooth, sweet and saltyness of the fish sauce was an essential part contributing to the rich flavour. Combining the pork, the veggies and the vermicelli is like heaven on earth.

The Bo La Lot (ground beef wrapped in the dark leaf) was also delicious. And once again the dipping sauce was perfectly made and compliments well the beef roll.

I would certainly recommand both dish.

Great selection of Vietnamese dishes. They offer many dishes that you can’t find anywhere else. On the other hand, there are some dishes that are just okay, though I have not had a bad meal here. Also, the price is a bit too high for the amount of food sometimes.

Food here is great! Probably the best buncha in Montreal. The minus one star is for the price. Its too high.

I love this place! The food is excellent and packed with flavor.
The only thing I’d suggest improving is the service. We’ve visited three times and had the same waiter each time. A warmer attitude and clearer explanations of the dishes would really enhance the overall experience.

We were two, got there at 12:05 today (Dec 30). Place was almost empty at the time, only one group of 7-8 people and another table of two was there. Ordered food around 12:10, simple order, Pho Dac Biet and Bun Cha Hanoi. We waited for our food until 12:45 and still nothing. We asked the waitress if our food is coming soon, she said she’s gonna check. She never got back to us, so we left at 12:50.
I think they changed their staffs recently. Service used to be very good until recently. I will not go back anytime soon and doesn’t recommend this place anymore.

I came with my Vietnamese Family. They were the ones to invite me. I saw it from outside and toughs it was made for “western” people because of the name. But I discover many authentic dishes in the menu.
I would go back for the Bun Cha Hanoi.

This place has a lot of traditional Vietnamese dishes. The Pho topping is alot and it reflects in the price. The taste is more southern style than the north style which is also good. I appreciate both styles. However, there is a bit too much MSG in the broth. The porridge is good, but a bit too salty for my taste and also too much MSG (my body reacts when there is too much MSG). If there is less MSG and a bit less salty, I will give it 5 stars.
