Dragon Treasure serves traditional/standard Chinese food like Crab Rangoon, Kung Bao Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Beef w/ Broccoli, etc. Very friendly with a buffet that is constantly refreshed so you can enjoy many of their menu options at once. I enjoyed it, and will probably be back.

The guy at the front desk was really helpful.
The sesame chicken and pork fried rice we’re really good. The sweet & sour pork was a bit too doughy. The pot stickers seemed like they were deep fried instead of pan fried, which seemed inferior.

They give us our full order and when we went back to fix it they wouldn’t give it to us. Also if you want fried rice don’t go here it barely has any egg in it and it is basically just brown rice.

We came for a very late lunch (2:30) and the place was nearly empty, so we had quick and attentive service. Ordered the “sizzling plates’ one chicken, one beef and the server tried to warn us that the portions were very big – and he was right! Huge, is more like it. Eggrolls were tasty but very oily. Nice plate of crispy wontons with sauces before the food came, and we had Eggdrop Soup and Hot-Sour Soup (be warned, lots of red chilis in this but I liked it). The sizzlers came actually TOO hot and early, spattering oil on my and hurting. Beef was fork-tender and veggies were very good; the chicken and veggie sizzler was bland and maybe ginger or other spice would help. Overall we’d like to return and try a few more dishes, it was good.

We had the lunch buffet and I haven’t had Chinese food that good since I lived back east. Good Chinese food is hard to find in this town! The vegetable egg rolls were the best I’ve ever had and I’m not normally a fan! I’ve heard only good things about this location prior to actually going. Glad to hear it was all true 🙂

I wish I could give six stars! We came just expecting to get some decent Chinese food, but this place was so much more because not only was the food excellent with extremely generous portions that turn into two meals, and excellent flavors, but the service was outstanding.
No, it was more than outstanding. Sometimes you go places and you get really good service, which is nice. But it’s rare that the people you meet are genuinely happy and smiling and just making everyone else happy around them. And that’s what happened here.
They weren’t just super friendly to us, I saw them being very super nice and friendly to everybody. It was like one big happy family or something. It was just amazing.
So if you’re in the mood for some great Chinese food, there’s really no other choice. You need to come over to Dragon Treasure.

Very nice mid-range american-chinese place. Clean, well decorated, nice calming music, attentive wait staff, and food was good at a decent price. I liked that they brought me some crispy fried strips to nibble before the meal arrived, similar to how Mexican places bring chips and Italian places bread. Menu was nothing unexpected, but they did have sesame balls with red bean paste filling, a fave of mine. I had a nice pleasant meal, will eat here again.

Ok folks, this is definitely a treasure for Orchard Mesa!!! I of course have been coming here for years!!! I continue to come back for the fresh food, hospitable atmosphere, and very comfortable seating!!!! Eric and Zach definitely bring a lot to the table and I’m not talking about food. I have had multiple interactions over the course of years with these two, and I have not experienced anything less than superb. Very polite, extremely respectful, and they always have a smile on their face!!! All my foodie pics are solely from the buffet, which I love!!! My personal favorite on the buffet line would have to be the green beans, and my wife’s favorite is the potato’s and bacon. The buffet hours are from 11am-1:30pm!!!!

Amazing Chinese restaurant in grand junction we found at grand junction on our way back from Utah. Their food, service and ambience are great. We found the prices to be decent, easygoing, accessibility for wheelchair and adequate parking for visitors. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
