Food is fantastic but I was told my food could be picked up in 15-20 minutes. I got there 15 minutes after placing the order and waited 45 minutes for my order. 5 other walk-ins got their food before me. Mine was nothing complicated; moo shu pork and sesame chicken. Very disappointed in the service and fact food was not even started until nearly 20 minutes after my arrival.

I’ve ordered here for years, I think it is good quality. Unfortunately, this is the last time. I ordered a Small beef broccoli, which used to be a pint. Now it is an incredibly small portion maybe 1/2 pint served in plastic. The rice was also about 1/2 the size it used to be. I was charged $9 which would have been fine had the portions been standard pint sized.

The food is awesome. On a business trip and wanted Chinese food. The prices are great. Mongolian chicken, chicken tso, veggie lo mein, the pork fried rice is different than back home. Get your Chinese here. Chinese food. Takeout or delivery only.

We’ve been ordering delivery for years. Spent an enormous amount of money, and never had any problems. Until yesterday… My daughter and I were really craving their food, and sick of Thanksgiving leftovers already. So we went to the website and picked out what we wanted and placed the order with a debit card. Then they show up and this guy can hardly speak English and the first thing he” says to my daughter is “do you have cash”. She tried to explain that we already paid. So I show him on my phone that we already paid, but he was trying to say we owe 4 more dollars. We already payed $48 for 3 people to eat which is kind of ridiculous. But this guy keeps saying we owe 4 more dollars. I didn’t have cash, I even asked if they wanted to run my card for the 4 dollars and what he said didn’t make any sense. Exasperated, I finally asked- “can we have the food or what”? So he did give it to us, and then the next morning I wake up to find out that they cancelled the transaction and then charged my card again for a new transaction with the added $4. So confused. Did I authorize them to cancel my transaction and recharge my card for a different amount??? They didn’t even try to call or email and ask or anything. If they want to change their fees and charge an extra $4 for delivery, they need to fix their website. Showing up at a hungry customers door who’s already paid the agreed amount and is ready to eat with his daughter and asking if they can get more money is really terrible business practice. We will never be ordering again.
