Stopped in here to have a meal while staying in Vasalia. Wonderful staff and so welcoming right away! Helped us get a meal for my uncle who has health issues. Steak was incredible! People all.saying hello through the open window and watching the cars roll by was cool. A major cruising street. Atmosphere was nice and comforting as well as fun. Digital Touch Tunes Jukebox. Expansive seating. Good warming in the street. High recommend for a weary traveler asking “where do I eat?”. Great menu.

Food was overall pretty good. Atmosphere was good. Definitely needed more servers. Drinks were inconsistent and had to flag down help every time. We would have definitely ordered more drinks but no one came around. Too bad cuz it fir sure could have been a fun place.

Stopped in Rookies Sports Bar to watch the stanley cub final hockey game and grab a bite and a beer. This downtown sports bar is full of sports pictures and TVs so there is no bad seat in the house. There was plenty of seating and the bartender Mike did a great job keeping our drinks full and quick to take our food orders. We ordered chicken wings, fries, Pickles, and a nacho. The food was ok but the chicken wings were overcooked a bit.

I’m a public well known livestreamer on TikTok I do food and alcohol reviews for a variety of different places and give my live reactions. I get frequent haters online that will try to sabotage my legit livestream by calling the establishment making up stories. The manly face female bartender proceeded to interrupt my livestream and accuse me of someone calling saying I’m filming up women’s skirts. Very gullible moronic to just assume a patron who’s publicly broadcasting their experience to do something illegal on live air. Anyways I will definitely not be back and be sure to spread the word to other potential patrons that this establishment was beyond rude, disrespectful, and racist.

Excellent service. Great beer selection and the food was great. Wanted to try Pizanos pizza, but left after terrible service. The pizza here was delicious and my daughter said, “best hamburger and fries, … Ever”.

Decided to come here only to use the restroom and ordered some drinks to be courteous; drinks were mediocre. Right off the bat the vibe was weird. Noticed the bartender (Johnny) initiating conversations (asking if they were ordering food on top of drinks) with others while being very short and cold with us. definitely wouldn’t come here again as the environment is monotonous and un stimulating in my opinion. we’re heading to cellar door as we speak, very excited!!!

Philly cheesesteak with garlic fries. You have to upgrade to the garlic fries. They are so bomb. 1st time ordering this sandwich. Definitely ordering again. It’s so good. Only ate half and saved other half for lunch the next day. Friendly waiter. Great service

Great gem in downtown Visalia. Pizzas are awesome, and the pastrami sandwich rivals Oinksters in Eagle Rock.. The fish ‘n chips are the best in town. Only draw back is we were informed they are now seasonal. Everything is made fresh and has good seasoning. Chile Verde is really spicy. Always an easy go to when in town. It is a sports bar, but not overly crazy. Lots of tv’s to watch games.
