Food is usually just fine. It’s just ALWAYS dirty/messy in the lobby. Majority of the staff was on point. The soda machine was out of ice and I asked this girl if there was ice in back and her immediate and DRY answer was NO. Luckily this very tall and polite other employee came right behind her and was like I can grab you some ice from the back… totally opposite of what the girl said. He saved the experience. It’s the lack of solution that typically kills it. And he again, “saved it”. Food fine. Lobby just needs to be cleaned up more frequently. I’ve never been in there and it was clean… I’ve been at least one every 3 months or so.

My food was delicious! I created my own bowl! But I don’t know what happened to “service with a smile.” The young lady that prepared our food wasn’t very friendly at all. However, the cashier, he was very nice. Perhaps better customer service training needs to be done. Customers still help businesses grow, or not!

Good good. We waited awhile for white rice and then I think it was determined that none was coming so we got the cauliflower rice. That was good. They are probably understaffed which is why they didn’t have grilled veggies either. They were restocking as much as they could. Some workers weren’t really wearing masks right, but idk their policy.

First time coming here. Restaurant is dirty. Then, they don’t have fajita veggies. I ask how long, they say they only have some for online orders. So I would’ve had to sit down, order online, just to stand right back up so I can get the veggies. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. won’t be going back

This is a very nice Chipotle location! They building itself was very unique architecturally and was kept very clean. The staff was quick, courteous, and very kind. As with nearly all Chipotle locations the food was delicious and exactly what I expected. Inwould highly recommend this Chipotle location and would visit again if I were in the area.

It has taken me a while to write a review of my experiences with this location. We love Chipotle and this is the worst location. I would love to blame it on something, staffing, shortages, anything but it has been 3 years of mediocre food and service. We have not had a correct order in the last three years and try and go to any other location on the north side. We gave it another try today and were disappointed again.

Usually Chipotle is on top of thier game . The brown rice isn’t done and chunky , gave me a tiny spoonful of sofritas and veggies . We are vegan so this is all we got . Very unhappy with Broad Ripple location . Workers acting like the food comes out of thier paycheck or something. Totally skimped on food for $27 . Might as well grill my own veggies and rice .

Orders are consistently wrong, rice is rarely cooked correctly, chicken is rarely seasoned correctly (i.e., like at every other Chipotle in the USA), never trust the store that they will actually add guac when you order online. Chipotle’s online assistance consisted of “30 day free chips and guac” promo instead of just refunding $2.65+tax. An absolutely embarrassing version of a Chipotle restaurant.
