Ordered different street tacos to try. Flour tortillas were dry and meat was dry, definitely frozen food to put in the tacos.
Staff was nice and margarita was pretty good.
Do not recommend the food not worth the money at all. Well maybe the dip and chips, because that was good.

This place used to be great 2 years ago. A great local spot with options for everyone in the family. However, it has slowly gone downhill in all aspects. Currently in February the Christmas decorations are still up. The past three times we have gone they have always been out of multiple food items. Today it was brisket and pork (half the menu items). And they didnt have their homemade tortilla chips so we were served grocery store tortilla chips. Last time it was they didn’t have sweet tea because their machine got repossessed. The wait staff seems to be trying their best with what the management has given them. Hope the management realizes the great potential they have in this place and gets it back to its roots.

Stopped here between Jacksboro and home for lunch. We opted to eat outside because the weather was perfect. The server was chill and quick, the margaritas were crisp, my IPA was refreshing, and the tacos were delectable. 5/5 would go again

It was 11:40 this morning. Waiter/manager was rude. Food not ready at all. He didn’t offer to make us comfortable at all. Queso not ready for the chips we ordered, he said 30 mins tops. Will definitely tell everyone about our experience. We should have known by the empty restaurant at 11:40am. He told us that his cook moved on down the street because the menu was marked out in several places.

I came in, it is seat yourself which is fine. I sat there for about 3 to 4 minutes was never greeted while the bartender and what I’m going to assume was the server stood at the bar vaping and on their telephones, I got up and walked out. I have been here four times and over the past two years the service has continued to decline. I went next-door to Zeno’s on the Square. I was greeted in a friendly manner taken to my seat and greeted by my server in less than a minute service at Zeno’s is impeccable a much better choice!

Used to be out favorite place in town. What a disappointment this place has become. Waited for service after 15 minutes walking in only to watch several employees ignoring the customers and more concerned with their vapes than serving the customers. After waiting for someone to help us, we were served a room temp beer and an subpar ranch water. At least the food was cold as well and they were out of most everything we wanted to order again. Used to be our spot a few times a week, now, after 5 or six bad experiences, we are scratching the Cantina off our list. Only good thing was our waiter.

Looking at other pictures and reviews from a year ago, I think the quality has likely gone downhill. Either that or it was just an off day. Half of the things we tried to order, they didn’t have in stock due to issues with the order. That’s totally fine, sometimes things work out like that. However, the tacos were so overloaded with sauce that you couldn’t enjoy the other components. It wasn’t drizzled on like previous pictures, it was poured on top and covered the entire taco. I was super interested in the sriracha slaw and jalapeño broccoli slaw, but you couldn’t even taste it under the sauce. I tried some of the meat without sauce and it also didn’t seem very seasoned. The flour tortillas were store bought and stale, im not sure if this was also a stocking issue. We also got the queso with brisket and it looked nothing like older pictures. It was neon yellow canned cheese with no flavor. Not really worth the price spent. The saving grace was our server, Christian. He was extremely personable and funny and kept things lighthearted. The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is also really chill.

I hate to write this review, I used to love this place. They reduced the menu and since then they are ALWAYS out of food and alcohol (last 5 visits in a row). The last time the food was borderline inedible like the tortilla shells were so stale they had to cook them on the flat top trying to hide it. We noticed. The “queso” once good, now downgraded to canned yellow sludge I could buy at Walmart. They used to have all the Yellowbird sauces, stopped that and started making their own sauce, stopped that now you get a dusty bottle of Cholula where the cap is dried on with nastyness. The area next to the bar looked like a homeless man lived there too. Last straw was today my friend Andy went there and didn’t get even a menu or water and left after 25 mins. I’ve given them too many chances this last year, it needs to close. Shepps won’t serve me stale food for 100 bucks, a 30 second walk away.

Beautiful little cantina margaritas were awesome, well dressed. The atmosphere is laid back and chill with a large bar with sports on. Service was quick, and the girls were super nice. Right across the circle from the court house. Large outside seating. They also have a large variety of street tacos to choose from. A must stop when you’re in Weatherford.
