I was waiting to place my order for breakfast while observing the Latino male employee cook steak for a soldier. He explained that he would be with me in a moment.
I stated that he was cooking and that there should be someone at the cash register to take my order.
I observed several female employees walking around and laughing in the back. I said excuse me and one asked if I had been helped. I asked if she could take my order for breakfast.
She laughed and said,“ Can someone take her order”?
Finally, Tutu(female) comes out from the back and complains about the Latino male cook not taking my order.
She attitude was unprofessional, too much mouth (Ghetto) and condescending‼️
She proceeded to take my order.
The male cook left to get the pancake batter and returned to cook

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to Charley’s and truthfully, they need customers service training. They give you attitude as if you did something wrong to them. Two separate males there got issues with customers I feel like they shouldn’t be the face of the fast food restaurant. You need someone who is happy to be there & happy to work! You got other people who could fill in your spot and will do a better job for sure.

⚠️ I ordered a chicken cheese steak and there was metal wire in the sandwich. I am glad I found it before swallowing because I would most likely be in the hospital. Never eating at Charley’s again.

I absolutely love Charlies. The Blueberry Lemonade is my absolute favorite. Seems like they are starting to go down hill though like where is the management at around that place. Regardless the food is still pretty good. My favorite spot to eat on post.
