Downstairs at Eric’s is hands down our go-to spot every time we’re in Breckenridge, and for good reason. In our opinion, this place has the best pizza and wings in Breck, along with some of the best food prices in town, which is saying a lot for a ski resort area.
Yes, there can be long wait times, but it’s absolutely manageable—and worth it. If you’re nearby, I highly recommend stopping by an hour or so before you actually want to eat to get on the waitlist. The system is great because you can see your place on the waitlist online, making it easy to time when to head back. While you wait, you can play games inside, enjoy a drink, or walk around town, which makes the wait fly by.
Once seated, the experience is even better. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and despite how busy it gets, the food comes out fast and consistently excellent.
Great food, great prices, smart waitlist system, and a fun atmosphere—Downstairs at Eric’s checks every box. This is always our first choice in Breck and a must-visit for anyone in town.

Very good pizza and pretzel bites and our server was friendly and attentive. Beer was good too and my 2 young nephews in our group liked the pizza and root beer as well. They really liked the arcade of course. We will go there again for sure next time we are in Breckenridge….

As someone who frequented Eric’s in the mid to late 90’s as mostly a bar, the renovations and change has been for the better as a family oriented fantastic kid friendly venue with skeetball, games etc…carryout ordering, a small bar and awesome restaurant. The app they used to track your spot in line is great, but cell coverage is minimal in their lobby/gaming area. We were a block away so we went back to the condo and waited out the wait which was about 2 hours. The food quality and selection of options and portion sizes (large) and prices are that good. There is a reason there was a 2-2.5 hour wait. Our waiter Jake was one of the best I’ve ever had. Between service and just normal conversation I could not have had a better waiter. Plenty of TV’s everywhere for all the games too. Top notch.

The food was *GREAT* ( I had the Chicken Fried Steak with white gravy, Homemade Mashers [ mashed red potatoes with the skins mixed in ] and corn ) along with a drink and our party shared an appetizer of Fried Mozzarella. I scarfed-down my meal ( the exterior of the chicken fried steak was nice and crispy as VERY tasty ) and then my kids ( 28 and 23 ) and I played arcade games ( Galaga, Ms. Pac Man, a couple of pinball games, a new version of Pong and then a multi-player competitive Pac Man ) for about 30 minutes. If I lived closer we’d be going back to this place regularly. Highly recommended !

Downstairs at Eric’s is a popular, family-friendly sports bar in Breckenridge known for its casual atmosphere, extensive beer selection, and large arcade with games like skee-ball and pinball, making it a great spot for watching sports and eating pub food like pizza and burgers. It’s a bustling, bustling spot located on Main Street, often busy, especially for larger groups, but the arcade provides entertainment while you wait for a table.

Hands down, best option in Breck. Owner prides himself with quality, efficiency, friendliness, delicious food, at great prices. This is refreshingly unique for Breck. Why do you think (& complain) about an hour wait? Would you prefer the empty restaurant with no wait? What does it tell you? Ask for Eric’s son (Quinn) who is outstanding. $8.50 rum-runner, $13 long islands, $14 for 10” 5-item pizza. Any (stupid) questions? The totally friendly pricing allows you to feed your family – with enough left over to properly tip the superior service. Go here. Wait for table. Enjoy!! Your welcome.

Unique place as there a arcade room right next flat the restaurant. Good customer service and the food is good but nothing super amazing. Good American food.

We had the nacho supreme and fried pickles which were both fantastic! The bartenders are amazing, friendly and easy to talk to. We always come back when we are in town for the food, ambiance and the games!

The food was ok I enjoyed the red chili, the burgers were dry, the cheese on my chili cheese fries were burnt, the beer was amazing. And the kids had fun in the arcade.

I got the meat-lovers pizza. The food was good, but they wouldn’t let us split the check, so keep that in mind if you don’t want to pay for everyone in your party’s food. Our waiter said that not splitting checks was their “Golden Rule”.
