I’m in town visiting from South Florida. OMG this was an AMAZING place to hear about!! They have a lot of unique flavors of ice cream which sets them apart. Our ice cream server was super sweet and helpful of telling us what flavors we might enjoy. HIGHLY recommend Downriver Ice Cream. A+++

Standing in the short line, we looked at the prices and were taken aback a bit at how expensive an ice cream cone could be. Oh, well, we were on vacation, so no big deal. But when she handed over the enormous ball of ice cream, it suddenly became very economical! When we got back to our AirBnB, we put the unfinished cones in the freezer and enjoyed them again for dessert the next night. The flavors are imaginative and judging from our selections, are delicious. Creamy, homemade ice cream can’t be beat. Waaaay better than factory-produced Häagen-Dazs!
