Dough Craft Pizza is a full service and takeout restaurant with a full bar of local craft beers, wines and assorted craft cocktails. All pizzas are made with homemade dough including the John Dough classic pizza with our own red sauce and fresh mozzarella. You can add multiple toppings including assorted meats and veggies. Several specialties round out the pizza menu including spicy BBQ chicken, mushrooms with truffle oil cream sauce and balsamic marinated heirloom cherry tomatoes. Salads include Caesar, Cobb, BLT, Greek and Crispy Chicken. Starters include Crispy Chicken Cornmeal Tenders marinated in buttermilk, Cheesy Garlic Strips or seasoned Dough Knots. Menu includes Paninis, a Bruschetta board and specialty pasta dishes

Walked in on a Tuesday at 2pm and were the only customers and was not expecting a great dine in with great food. The host which was also the waitress was friendly, polite and helpful . Food was delicious, the best Margherita pizza I’ve ever had . The crust was cook to perfection. I love ever bit of it.
Wife got the chicken tenders and they taste delicious, juicy and cook perfect only slight downfall the bbq sauce was a sweeter molasses flavor bbq sauce for us it didn’t pair well. Our appetizer was a garlic bread sticks and again delicious and Marinara was on point . Plenty of pictures to share

Dough is our favorite pizzeria on the Seacoast. The atmosphere is eclectic yet cozy. The service is always friendly, and our server had plenty of suggestions on the drink menu. Upon entering, the garlic and buttery smells instantly make your mouth water. In addition to pizza, they also serve a variety of appetizers, pastas, and salads. Their pizzas come in one size only, perfect for one person, but we always leave with plenty of leftovers. I ordered the Pepperoni during our most recent visit, and it blew me away. The flavors were delicious and the toppings were fresh. The crust is the best I have ever had in the area. They have an extensive drink menu with wine, craft beer, and house cocktails. We have never had a bad visit and we will continue to frequent this restaurant.

This is without question the best pizza in the Seacoast. The bar is the best place to sit. Everything comes out fresh and timely. The staff give the impression that their heart is really not in it and they’re not overly solicitous or friendly. This restaurant would be so much more popular if they got a staff that paid attention to the dining room and not their cell phones, but this is symptomatic of a restaurant manager, not being on site or mature enough for the job.

OMG! They have delicious gluten free and dairy free cauliflower crust AND vegan cheese. Bonus – they carry GF beer! The GF DF pizza was so yummy, my husband even stole a piece. Thank you Dough! It has a cozy, fun vibe and a large bar with seating. We’ll be back often and are excited to try out the patio next summer!

To start I had the cheesy waffle fry special which was really good. Then had a Dirty Larry pizza. (Pepperoni, sausage, pepper, mushroom and caramelized onion which was awesome, finished it off with canoli for dessert. My Vegan wife and daughter had great options available to then too! Our waiter Austin was attentive and supplied a great draft beer suggestion.

Food is delicious, seating indoors has a cool vibe, & the OUTDOOR DOG-FRIENDLY PATIO is the BEST. Staff is welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable about allergies. Gluten free and dairy free crust and cheese is available! Take your furry friends and run, don’t walk, to Dough ASAP!

I love this place. I try to stop in when I go to NH. I love their pizza too. But this chicken Alfredo is the best I’ve ever had. I can never finish it either. It’s rich and creamy and I dunno how the bowl keeps it hot the whole time. We tried the cheesy garlic bread this time and it was amazing. Definitely getting it again. Wish there was one of these in Maine
