I often eat here for breakfast. The breakfast tacos are loaded, tasty and the closest thing to homemade breakfast tacos vs chain restaurants. ALWAYS satisfied. Food comes out fast and always served hot. The owners and staff is always warm and welcoming. This place is one of my favorites.

The owner was crusty yet not unkind. Service was good. Breakfast tacos were good. Could expand options a little. No migas?!! Prices were around average. Overall, nothing would keep me from returning. It does open early and can be a great place if you’re an early riser. Didn’t sample the BBQ, so can’t comment on that. Overall impression? 6 out of 10.

Small BBQ Mexican food place. Their daily specials include a drink. Fries were done right, but overall the food was nothing special. The drink dispenser or ice dispenser needs to be cleaned as the flavor was off. We signed the ticket but did not add a tip as there was no service involved. They decided to add one on their own. Hope the two dollars and some change was worth it, as you have now alienated a potential customer.

Stopped here to grab something to eat and it was delicious! The staff was really kind and I love that they outwardly support military members based on their wall hangings. I had a great conversation with the lady up front about old TV shows. 🙂 It’s great to take time to get to know people and enjoy good food. The only downside is that they don’t have fresh avocado. I ordered a meal that included avocados and it was mashed avocados, which are not as good as textured, sliced avocados in my opinion. All in all, it was a great homey establishment that I would visit again when I’m in the area.

This has been our go to place for great food for 15 years. The food is amazing and the people that come around here are super cool. It’s that place you go to hang out, cut up with other regulars you see and enjoy some great food. The migas rancheras are the best in town, I’ve gone to many places and tried them but no one touches these at Amigo’s.

This is a beautiful place to enjoy good food and the service is next to none, these people are the best In Austin and the food is so good and excellent, recommend the Chicken Fried Steak with the Corn Bread it’s a must (just don’t ask for Chicken Fried Rice lmao hahaha inside Joke)
