Second time ordering same menu item. Updated review. Will try to make this review a constructive one. Ordered a Large Strawberry Shortcake Mixer, there was only about 3-4 small peices of cheesecake on top. After that the rest of the ice cream was pretty much plain. It would be nice to have some more cheesecake towards the bottom or center of the mixer. Fries are still awesome!

We’ve loved going here since it’s opened. Great to have another spot in Huxley to get a meal. The soft serve ice cream is our favorite. It’s become our Sunday night spot to end the week.

Excellent experience each time. You can tell the place is still getting off its feet after opening for the first time recently which means you should go in with that expectation. Perfect small town ice cream shop. Excellent ice cream and toppings selection. I think this place will go far as they continue to work out all the hiccups along the way and establish themselves.

I had been excited to try Dottie’s. There are not a lot of lunch options in the area. I loved it. I got a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and the Seasoned Waffle Fries. I spent $11 and some change. It was so good. The chicken was a nice size and very juicy. I didn’t try the ice cream, but I will have to. This place is going be a go to from now on. I’m excited to try some other items on the menu.

Ordered tenderloin with mustard, pickle and onion. It was the driest sandwich I’ve ever had. Went back up to counter to request mayonnaise and they easily honored my request. Atmosphere was clean. Service was fine. I wouldn’t order the tenderloin again; was nothing special to me at all.
