Well after dumping 500 into machines – i won 700 – but cause they keep there atm at 0 i cant cash the ticket – was told to try back another day – absolutely unacceptable to have an open establishment that cant pay out any winnings – will be filling a complaint with the illinois gaming commission – per law

I was there with a few of my family members playing the slot and we were discussing our burial plan for our aunt while we played and the owner came up and said that she didn’t want to hear our funeral plans. I said you want to tell us what we can talk about. She said yes I can tell u what u can talk about. I said wow. We weren’t disrespectful or loud. We were just discussing how we wanted to do service for our aunt while we played. We are customers spending money at a business that needs our costumer dollars to survive. Won’t be back !!!! This place is an upscale slot experience. They give you drinks as long as it isn’t alcohol which you must pay for. They pass around delicious tidbits of good food. I had chicken and cheese cake bites. My host even asked me if I wanted my water cold or at room temperature. Beautiful couches and decor. Friendly staff will go back, no problem!

I don’t normally gamble, but stumbled upon this place a few months ago. What a cool place! Serving free chips, fresh fruit, soft drinks to guests who play the machines. The host is professional, courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable about each game and how to play them. There is a 70 inch H.D T.V and a large plush couch making it very inviting to the consumer, great job guys! They also have May’s locations throughout the Chicagoland area! Stop in and say hi! When you give them your E mail address, they send you coupons for free play, can’t beat that!
