Worst Wendy’s on the face of the planet. Came here for a quick lunch (not expecting a high quality meal, but expecting a satisfyingly unhealthy and tasty one), and was in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with minimal traffic. I figured this meant that the food would be fresh, at least. While placing my order at the speaker, I was able to hear the attendant loud and clear and she was seemingly able to hear me as well since she was very responsive. However, I had to rephrase what I wanted 4 different ways. I ordered a 10 piece regular nugget with no sauce, and she put me down for a 4 piece spicy nugget with sauce. We had to go back and forth several times. After finally getting through the drive thru, I discovered that my burger was disgusting. Not only was the cheese not melted and seemingly more plastic than ever, but there were two slices of it (and it was plastic looking to the level of being flat out unappetizing). The biggest complaint is with the temperature of the burger, which was ice cold. I understand that Wendy’s does not make anything cooked to order unfortunately, but there is 0 chance this burger was even under a food warmer. No, it did not cool off after I received it; I pulled into a spot in their parking lot and ate it right away. If I could give negative stars I would, because I would not encourage my dog to eat here.

Only person in the drive thru with one person inside. I had 3 value meals and was told to pull forward. Waited 10 minutes and had to go in and get my food. No apologies whatsoever. Two sprites were also very water downed.

I placed my mobile order and went thru the drive thru. When we got to the order area they told us we had selected dine in but could still go thru to the window. We waited in line for 25 minutes, the crew of young men had their ear buds in walking around trying to find my order, after finding it on the counter and handing us our food we made it back home and the only thing they got right was my fry, I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a plain, which I had chosen as a reward with my points, so that was wasted. And my burger that I had ordered came fully dressed, instead of plain. Very disappointed, wasted gas, time, and the points. Called and no one answered, the night crew there needs to be trained better. 10/10 do not recommend

I’ve been loyal to Wendy’s for years, but after today, I’m done. I spent nearly nine dollars on a sausage biscuit and a sweet tea, asked for a barbecue sauce, and was told it would be 53 cents—something I’ve never been charged for before at any Wendy’s.
It may seem small, but it’s the principle. Customer service is what keeps you in business. When a company starts nickel-and-diming people over a single sauce packet, it shows the priorities have shifted. The manager’s rude and dismissive attitude only made the situation worse.
And here’s the truth: I could walk into Chick-fil-A, ask for 15 barbecue sauces, and their response would be, “My pleasure.” Take notes.
Don’t let money and greed get in the way of treating customers with respect. You’ve officially lost a long-time customer over something that could have been fixed with basic courtesy. It’s a shame it has come to this.

I’ve lived in Mt. Washington for a little less than 3 years now & 2x time this Wendy’s has failed me. 1x time back in 2025 summer time , I got served raw chicken. We fully refunded & my order was remade without question. Now – Today , I got a grilled chicken wrap & sure enough when I got home. There was less than 1oz of meat on it with a bunch of cheese & lettuce instead. The manager said he refused to refund my money & remake the ck wrap. By this point I had already drove back up too Wendy’s AGAIN – because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. & now ill go hungry because id rather get my money back then eat there ever again. Corporate Wendy’s- PSA , you need major management training at your Mt. Washington facility. Never again will I be back – I will drive out of my way to go to another Wendy’s This is how the Mt. Washington Wendy’s treats their customers during the holidays – charge them full price & only give them 1/3 the food. PATHETIC

If you come after 5-6 pm your food is going to be very old I went through tonight around 8 pm and my nuggets were cold, and hard as a rock I ended up having to throw all 14 of them away. After having to go back through because they forgot my nuggets. It’s ridiculous do better they used to be really good about timers and old food being thrown out or food just being made my order. I’ve worked in many fast food places and it’s disgusting what this store has become

Rated 3 stars because we ordered a kids meal and the worker never asked if we wanted fries or apple slices. On the way home we saw fries in the bag and no apple slices, So he assumed we wanted fries. The chicken nuggets and fries were kind of dark colored. The grease needed to be changed. Overall the food was okay. 3 stars.

I recently went through the Mount Washington location drive-thru to order a biggie bag for lunch they were out of all small options and they forced you to buy a medium or large or just leave I guess but needless to say I got the biggie bag medium the fries were actually good the nuggets were okay but I also got the double cheeseburger with shouldn’t even have qualified as food the burger patties were old and dry and if I was the manager of that place I would be embarrassed about the food that was being served out of there that is the absolute worst Wendy’s location I have ever been too. I will not ever go again

After sitting at the drive thru window for almost 15 minutes to even be spoken to or given my food, I finally received my salad along with my chocolate cold foam drink only to find no cold foam, because the employee had completely, 100% stirred it into my drink and ruined the texture as a result, making it undrinkable. Any other place I’ve been to, they KNOW you don’t stir cold foam into drinks. Train your store better cause you’ve lost yet another customer, until you do.
